The Leasing Company were very professional, fun to work with and had the best interests of the folks moving in and those of the Landlord in mind. Everything was a very smooth process and VERY transparent. No hidden fees, everything was clear and in black and white terms. I have been thrilled with Adore. I have had my property let through them over a number years whilst working abroad. They inspect and communicate regularly, their rates and handyman charges are reasonable and I feel that my house is in good hands. Joe and Kyle in particular provided an outstanding service. Brilliant service from Joe, helped us get some fixtures sorted in our house resolved. Brand new doors were fitted a month after we went in. My family and I recently moved from the US to Cardiff. There is no doubt that Joe and Kyle from Adore are the most trustworthy, down-to-earth, and most professional estate agents we have ever worked with. We moved quite a bit in the last ten years and usually dread talking to various estate agents to find the right place to live. However, Joe and Kyle from Adore Cardiff are indeed very different and I wish we could rent/ buy our future properties from Adore. Moving overseas is always a big hassle but Joe was very quick and kind in communicating between us and the landlord, and he was very understanding for all our various questions we had. This made the whole move very easy. On the move-in date, we were very impressed about the detailed inspection list (including pictures) that Adore has provided. With Adore, it is all very much of peace of mind and hassle-free. As other reviews said already, I also can highly recommend Adore Cardiff!!!... Read more

The service we received from this agency was 110% awesome. Joe has gone above and beyond to try and make us happy and we will miss him dearly. He has proved time and time again that not all agents are the same. He is down to earth and I really wish I could have him as an agent for the rest of my life!
