Hilariously incompetent and a nightmare to deal with.

A few examples of things we had to deal with over the two year tenancy:
-took 19 months to fix a broken window
-repeatedly sent emails to the wrong people, including to people who did not live at the property
-lost payments we made which took months to sort out
-failed to do anything after multiple complaints about the landlord letting himself into the property unannounced
-removed items of furniture from the property mid-tenancy without warning
-failed to properly maintain the heating and radiators

Special mention to their organisation system for looking after keys, which consists of 50odd keys on the same keychain and individually checking them against another to find the correct one.
