Karolis from the Canary Wharf branch has been an absolutely incredible agent from the get go, absolutely friendly over the phone and eager to find us a place us that fit our needs and budget! Karolis worked his magic and found us the perfect place in the perfect area all within budget. Plus he’s been absolutely incredible with dealing with our insane amount of questions regarding the move. I would highly recommend Foxtons and Karolis as your estate agents when looking for a place to live in London!
Foxtons focus is heavily on sales. Once you sign the lease, there's extremely low quality of service. Their maintenance on the serviced apartments is extremely slow and ineffective. Just not good enough. JUST AVOID FOXTONS!
I was looking for a flat to rent in Isle of Dogs and therefore, I made viewing requests through rightmove.co.uk. Holly Jenson from Morgan Randall gave me a call to understand my requirements - likes and dislikes about a flat- and accordingly later on, she booked a series of viewing appointments for me. In addition to this, she was updating me with availability of those flats and was also giving me timely reminder about the viewings. I found her very good in her knowledge about the area and specifications of the apartments. I really liked her approach and it really helped me to decide further. Though, I didn't manage to get the flat from her recommendation, but I liked the way she approached the problem and handled it quite effectively. I rate her very high in her skills. I am a landlord and have used Morgan Randall to look after my property, I am sorry to say that they are absolutely useless, they have had many changes of staff in their property management section. They do not bother to respond to emails etc, once they have you tied into a contract they are just not bothered. In our case all they do is collect money and then pass it onto us and have no regard for customer service.
On another note I do feel that their salesmen work extremely hard and are very good to help let your property out especially Jamie however they are badly let down by an incompetent property management section. It is such a shame as I am sure that they lose a lot of repeat business due to this.
Katrina was absolutely fantastic! Me and my family had a very limited time to move out and find a new home. And Katrina made everything possible to find us a great home, she chased all documentation to be delivered on time and made it as easy for us as possible. Highly recommend her services, very polite, patient and persistent in her work.

It took over a week and countless chasers to receive some simple answers to questions regarding a property, once we over came this hurdle and arranged a viewing Cecilia Urban had the audacity to leave me waiting in the rain forgetting about the appointment all together?!
This is just not the way to do business.
If your staff are to busy hire more? Don't allow for your customer service to fall off a cliff.
If your staff can't tell the time teach them?

We have been working with Emma over the past few months and would like to share how much of a pleasure she has been to work with. Having sold our house during the most difficult time in the market, we would like to thank her for her professionalism, dedication and persistence.

Having been a tenant with this lot for 5 years, the process to leave the flat has really taken the shine off what was a good few years. We were good tenants, only getting in touch with them twice, maybe three times for maintenance issues. Had a few visits from them to check the property, with no feedback, so one could assume that nothing was wrong? Otherwise what was the point of the visit? Charges on the checkout suggested otherwise.
2 full weeks after leaving the property, getting the checkout done (our expense, obvs,) and giving the keys back, I got in touch with them the enquire about the return of our deposit. This would be the start of 6 weeks of email tennis to try to recover our deposit. Admittedly, we did have a dispute with the landlord about some charges they placed on there (which we eventually got removed), but they were in no hurry or in the least concerned about getting this sorted in a timely manner (except for when the landlord was going on holiday, so could we hurry up and sort/agree to the charges; which we didn’t and they eventually dropped as they were bogus). Every step of the way to get this sorted was like pulling teeth.
I will avoid using them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely awful experience with this lettings agency. Would not recommend to Landlords or Tenants. They never answer emails or their phones, turnover of staff is exceptionally high so even when you do get through you never know who to contact. Out of hours contact number doesn't work (this was not ideal when our apartment electricity supply short circuited at 8pm on a Sunday in the middle of Winter and the place ran purely on electricity so no hot water, heating or lighting was available to us). They were severely unhelpful during the move out process and misquoted us a variety of exceptionally high fees which we weren't actually needing to pay. After all this it then took over a month to have our very large deposit returned to us following again the lack of contact and poor attitude from the staff. I would recommend avoiding this property agency at all costs.
