16th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)My initial experience with Foxtons was very positive. Agents like McKyle and Jade were responsive and helpful while I was searching for an apartment. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. Lately it has been difficult to reach anyone, and when I try calling McKyle he is often unavailable. I was later connected to Danielle, who told me about a property in Westminster. The landlord cancelled the viewing on Friday and it was rescheduled for Monday. When I called again on Monday, I was informed that the property had already gone off the market. During the call, Danielle mentioned that I had “gone for a haircut on Monday,” which is why the property was gone. I found this comment confusing and a bit unprofessional, especially since I was expecting the rescheduled viewing. I understand that the London rental market moves very quickly, but clearer communication and a more supportive approach would make the experience much better for clients.

Why I chose Circa (and would again): • They understood exactly what I was looking for very quickly — no wasted time, no irrelevant viewings • The properties he showed were genuinely high quality and well aligned with my criteria • Outstanding process management — I went from offer submitted to getting the keys in less than 1.5 months (and Kit was really part of making this happen) • Extremely responsive — Kit was always available, proactive, and on top of everything • Not the typical “salesy” approach — Kit really focuses on making both parties agree in a fair and smooth way, without pressure or nonsense What really sets them apart: Unlike many agencies that flood you with listings you don’t care about, Kit is very focused and selective. You can tell he actually listens — every property shown felt relevant, which makes a huge difference in London. Overall, a very smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable buying experience — which is rare. I’ll definitely come back to Circa London — and to Kit Farino — when I sell my property. NB: This was for the purchase of a one-bedroom flat in Central London.

I can't even describe the night and day difference it was from a buyer point-of-view after having an initial offer fall through with a different agency. B&S were there every step of the way (special shout-out to Martine, who worked tirelessly as our sales progressor!) and everything felt so personal, even though I'm sure they have loads of cases on at once. As I was buying alone, I really appreciated having someone there to ask all the little questions. I had such a positive experience, I'll definitely look to use them when I'm in a position to sell. Thank you!!
6th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)They will not stop emailing me despite asking multiple staff to remove my details from their lists, and blocking multiple email addresses of theirs. I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.
