Alan was helpful and professional throughout the process of buying our house. Prompt response on the phone when initially booking the viewing and through the negotiation. Once in the chain he was in communication with me all the way through the process helping with any issues or queries which we had especially as our buyers were not the most helpful through the process. Alan managed to keep the chain in motion and was instrumental in getting it over the line. Would recommend him to anyone and if we ever decide to sell our house he will be the first call we make....
