We had a great experience buying through Emdot. There were several people interested in the property but it was just perfect for us and Emdot were great at helping to get the best result for us and the seller. Communication was top notch and we felt well informed, often much better and more helpful than our solicitor in the process. I have bought and sold with Emdot and truly believe they are the best estate agent in Worcester. I have dealt with Kate previously who is amazing and most recently with Felicity who sold our house within 3 days of being on the market. Felicity takes the time to get to know the property and is a great photographer too! They are all warm, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. We asked Emdot to put our house on the market on the Sunday night, by Wednesday photos were taken and uploaded straight away. I would highly recommend Emdot to anyone looking to buy/sell.

I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Kate throughout the process of selling my apartment and buying our new home. Really poor communication between their team (no-one had 'handed over' I was even moving out) and me as a rental customer. Very difficult to get responses from. Overall, the move out process has been difficult and stressful and not something I have ever encountered before. I have received full deposits back from every rental with none of these issues before.
Most issues during my tenancy were dealt with in a reasonably timely manner, however some were just avoided.

Kate and the team were amazing all the way through the sale of my property. I was kept up to date with viewings and they organised them around me which was fantastic. When contacting me they would also email if I missed a call due to being at work and I always felt fully in the loop. They were only ever a quick phone call away and nothing was ever too much trouble. I can’t thank them enough for all their help and I can’t stop recommending them to everyone I know! This was the first time I was selling a property and they were happy to answer all my constant questions - I honestly can not fault them!

Kate and her team are magnificent. In a difficult market, Emdot sold our house in a week after attracting a number of bids. The sale was slow, but Kate was relentless, untiring and used her experience and charm to smooth things along. Emdot's excellence really shone through during the sale process - they supported us through a long journey, keeping the buyers on board and everyone updated. I've bought and sold plenty of houses in my time and Emdot are far and away the most thorough, professional and delightful agents I have ever used. Estate agents are not all the same - Emdot are the rare exception. Thank you, Kate and the team!

The whole team at EmDoT were fantastic from start to finish. They had everything in place very quickly and viewings started coming in just as fast. We sold our property within a few days and EmDot did everything they could to support us through that with our Awkward timings due to work etc. through the exchange period they kept us updated at every step and I couldn’t have asked for more. Kate was always brilliant from valuation to close of sale and then Alana was also incredible at chasing keeping everything processing as efficiently as possible.
Thanks for all the hard work and dedication, I really appreciate what you all did!
