Nick and all the staff pulled out all the stops to get the right buyer and were exceptional at communication. Updating me with feedback after viewings and keeping me informed as the sale progressed. They are such a good company to deal with and you feel that they genuinely have your interest at heart and are not just after earning commission. Nick will do the right thing for each individual seller or buyer. Would definitely recommend people to use them. Thank you for making what can be a stressful progress much easier.

She talked us through the entire process from start to finish, chased solicitors end over end and took away all the stress for first time buyers. I would definitely recommend Kat and we will be using Nicol & Co in the future for any house moves!

As a first time buyer, everything was a bit confusing for myself but Sarah was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and responded to emails quickly. Sarah kept me updated throughout the whole process and was very knowledgable, professional and approachable, thank you! Dawn originally dealt with the viewing of the property and was lovely and knowledgeable.

29th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

The professionalism shown, particularly by Victoria Nugent, was exceptional. Also, the calm, friendly advice I received from Vicki Taylor did much to ease the the process and relieve the stress. Vicki kept us well informed and made sure that our wishes were well communicated. For that my wife and I are extremely grateful. Indeed, whenever I called or paid a visit I was struck the friendliness and efficiency of the whole team. Impressive.

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They sold my house within a few weeks , keeping me informed with feedback after viewings their communication was brilliant , answering any questions I had after the sale was agreed right through to the end . A particular shout out to Senior Sales Progressor Leanne, who (along with our amazing conveyancer Jane) kept up the pressure on the buyer's (frankly rubbish) conveyancer. Brava!

We did two viewings with her and even when ones were cancelled due to things beyond her control she was so respectful and helpful to us. She really got to know us and our situation and we luckily were chosen for a flat we absolutely adored. I recommend Eleanor 1000% she is amazing and Genuinely the whole process was smooth. She didn’t mind my repeated calls over my application and answered everything with such a lovely and enthusiastic attitude. Thank you Eleanor you’re amazing!!
