Kept us in the loop. Awkward chain but they dealt directly with our solicitor and the building company we were buying from to sort out the problems as they arise.
I am letting out my house with Eliot Oliver and the customer service from Phil in setting up the let was 5 star service. He gave excellent advice, prepared the property well with no hassle and it was let to good clients in a short time. The management of the property has been excellent also. I highly recommend this company.
It has been six months since my last dealing with Elliot Oliver but I still feel very angered by the way we were dealt with by this company to be fair and honest if we did have a problem during our time then it was dealt with professionally and quickly, it was not until we had given our notice that the attitude toward us changed.
My wife was several months pregnant and the agent turned up to conduct a viewing that was not confirmed whilst my wife was in the bath. On letting themselves in and discovering this you would think that they would make there apologies and leave but not so instead whilst my heavily pregnant wife was trying to dress herself they stood outside the bedroom and asked if it was ok to have a look inside.
We also had some major issues on our departure, despite having the house professionally cleaned and the oven professionally cleand we choose not to use the recommended agents of Elliot Oliver as we had found better pricing from professional outfits elsewhere. On the checkout date I attended the property myself only to be told to leave and come back in a couple of hours once the inventory process had been completed.
On my return extremely minor points were raised all of which could have been resolved during the checkout If I had been present during the process, a bit of dust here and a cobweb there was pointed out and a bill of over £100 was proposed as we hadn't used the preferred supplier, ther were various other small issues as a dent in the wall from a door handle which had been filled and painted blinds in rooms not removed that were left in situ for the next tenant but both were not to an apparent sufficient standard.
The whole process resulted in a series of emails and battles for common sense to prevail, whilst still having over £250 deducted from us a lot less than the original £900 demanded left a very bitter taste, please be your own judge but a very unpleasant experience for us.

If there was the option to leave no stars I most certainly would, After enquiring about a property to let via right move I recieved an email with nothing but the heading which stated, "Sorry dont think this property would be suitable," I found this very rude and under minding. Says enough about the kind of staff who are employed here, Rude
Great experience with the Sales Progression team at Worcester - Leanne was in contact from the moment my offer was accepted on a property. She kept me updated regularly and quickly ironed out any issues as they arose. In her absence she was covered by Odette who was equally efficient. Excellent job by them both - thank you!!! Was also greeted with a hamper on collecting my keys - a welcome surprise and a nice touch!! Would highly recommend.
The house that we rented, on face value, looked amazing. However underlying issues that were not expressed made this house a nightmare to live in. Communication with them was terrible, and when we finally had the chance to chat they were often rude. Do not go with Nicol and Co

Very dissappointing service, not sure how they're selling anything. I called 3 times, once every for 3 weeks to arrange a viewing and no one's ever got back to me. Over 2 months later the same property is still on the market. Good luck selling it.
