There were lots of unexpected hold ups on our end and she dealt with them amazingly and calmly which really helped in such a stressful time. We got the keys exactly on our move in date even though it didn’t look very promising for a while. So friendly and quick to respond, I owe them a big thank you.
25th Nov 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have been using Hills Estate Agents to manage my rental property since February this year. So far my experience has been very good, from finding a tenant for the property to dealing with maintenance issues and keeping documentation up to date as per regulations. Their team has been approachable and professional and communications with them is easy, reply to emails in a timely manner. They also try to correct any maintenance issues quickly and the contractors they has used so far are good and not very expensive in comparison with some others I have used in the past. I recommend their services to any one considering a letting agency to manage a buy to let property.

7th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Professional yet friendly from start to finish. Britt attended very well prepared to value our property, and we felt very confident handing to AP Morgan to sell. Photos were taken promptly and were of high quality. We sold within a week which was fantastic! Tammy then worked tirelessly to coordinate the large chain and due to her efforts the chain remained together and we were successful in completing. Communication was managed well and updates delivered in a sensitive manner at all times. Thank you all at AP Morgan, especially Tammy. Would definitely instruct AP Morgan again.

11th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)My wife and I viewed a property with Dixons and,despite not purchasing the property, we had the pleasure of a tour with Amanda K. Amanda was polite, friendly, and personable and above all (which I found refreshing) was she was knowledgeable about the property. Amanda had all details to hand and shared this without us having to prompt. We were treated with a level of enthusiasm and freshness like we were the 1st viewers of the property that day, not the 4th or 5th (or the 10th that week). After multiple viewings with several agencies in Redditch, Amanda really stood out as a friendly person who showed care for us as a client viewing the property (and the property itself). If you want someone who clearly loves their job to sell your home, I would recommend Amanda at Dixons in Redditch. She really is a credit to the group.

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. If we were to move again, we would not hesitate to ask Dan and his team to see our house for us. Thank you. ????
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Jennie was far and away the most helpful and responsive agent we met with at the start of our search and set up back to back viewings. Within a week we had made an offer and 14 weeks later exchanged. We also used the in house mortgage advisor. All in all a great service.

From the moment Zoe stepped foot through my front door she assured me that she and her team would give full attention to selling my family home of 25 years. Within 48 hours, 873 hits and multiple viewings my house has sold. Great work James and Emily on your professionalism and clearly doing a lovely job with the viewings.
