Being American the process is a bit different, Yuri was so wonderful in walking us through the process and staying in contact and up to date on what was happening.

My son is about to rent his first property which is exciting but also an anxious process when moving out of home for the first time. Great experience with the Sales Progression team at Worcester - Leanne was in contact from the moment my offer was accepted on a property. She kept me updated regularly and quickly ironed out any issues as they arose. In her absence she was covered by Odette who was equally efficient. Excellent job by them both - thank you!!! Was also greeted with a hamper on collecting my keys - a welcome surprise and a nice touch!! Would highly recommend.
