One of few good reviews on here was left by one of the staff.... which says a lot. Absolutely useless when I used them years ago, didn’t help with the property I was renting that left me physically and mentally ill. Heard they haven’t changed at all which is unsurprising.

Damon was very enthusiastic to sell my house initially and got me an offer early on. However from there it went wrong. The buyer pulled out (not the agent's fault) and the agent said they would put my house back on the market. However, two weeks later, I checked on Rightmove and Zoopla and could not see an ad for my house at all. When I asked Damon why they were not advertising it online, he texted me that they have cancelled their Zoopla account and that they could not sell my house after all…!! the reason they could not sell it was not given to me but they suggested I find another agent. Very unprofessional and timewasting to me. Avoid.

Wish i could leave no stars! an incredibly unprofessional estate agents, seems like a one man show, they never pick up the telephone and do not get back to clients or tenants!!! I can not stress how terrible this "company" is! Run for your life!

I am a landlord, I am quite happy with the honest and reliable service that I received from Alan Wytee Estate Agents Ltd. I would strongly recommend them to all Landlords.

The staff at Alan Wyatt really are lovely people, nothing was ever too much for them (even with ALL my questions) they let out my property quickly and the tenants are lovely too. Hopefully the tenant wont move out next year but if she does I shall be using them again!

Unfortunately there is no category less than 'Poor' here. This estate agents, for want of a better phrase, are the following: not registered at Companies House, so forget about your deposit; completely unresponsive to queries about why my flat was infested with mice and cockroaches (I'm not kidding, I caught 55 mice in traps in three days); and will do anything to get you out of the place and keep everything you've paid them. Do yourself a favour, and go to somebody else.
