About Able Estates - Erith

Able Estates was born in February 1997 and was started by Paul and Dawn Servis ( brother and sister ) and their best friend Peter Jones.

Prior to Ables the 3 Directors all worked for s corporate agent and decided that if they could get the money together they would give it a go themselves and now over 21 years on Ables is still going strong - the rest as they say is History.

Since Ables started out there has been many changes and many different market places to contend with however the Company Ethos has always remained the same - Treat people how you would expect to be treated.

So the message is still as strong as ever, if you are considering Selling or Letting your property or looking to buy or rent a property then please call one of our branches and have a chat with our experienced members of staff who will be very happy to help you and give you some free professional advice.

I would highly recommend the team at Able Estates Bexley Road to all my friends and family.
They are [professional and friendly at all times taking the time to explain things if we didn't understand something, nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely rubbish theyre asking for someones who is earning more than 21,000 a year and if not even if you can afford it they wont consider you for a tenant ! Companies like this are just money grabbers and genuinely dont care about you as a person

Extremely poor customer service, I wished to make arrangements to view a property and a basic request somehow turned into one particular agent sending me a series of ratty and rude emails, even after I directly asked to be taken off the branch records and not be emailed again. I won't be buying or renting from this branch based on my experience of this one agent today. Completely unprofessional.
