Well, what can I say, before using Prime Property I probably had the same opinion of Estate Agents as most other people, but since using the team at Erith I now realise that not all Estate Agents are the same.
Richard and David, from Prime Property, are extremely knowledgeable and professional.
The service I received was tailored very much to my personal situation, I felt they listened to my needs and genuinely cared. I cannot thank them enough for this.
Keep up the great work and the personal service that you offer, you prove that you do not have to be the biggest to be the best.

I gave prime property 5 star as I find them very helpful..
I am currently in a house that they deal with for the landlord..they are 5 star with sorting out any problem I have within the property!(not that i have many)!

I have used Prime Property on more than one occasion and found them to be extremely efficient and attentive. They carried out detailed searches and kept me fully informed of the proceedings and provided advice when required. All deadlines were met and contracts handled in a professional manner. I would use Prime Property again and would recommend them to others for their property needs.

I have used several letting agents and the service received from Prime is by far the best. It is essential that my portfolio of flats and houses is managed efficiently and always fully occupied. Prime have managed to exceed my expectations for nearly 10 years at a far lower cost than other local agents. Recommended without reservation.
