Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price. Data produced by Land Registry © Crown copyright 2019.

Latest Reviews for Alexander May

Very dissapointing service from Alexander May. Despite being excellent tenants throughout the year they wanted money for a gardener which was not needed.
They persisted with demanding a deduction without discussing with the landlord.
However it was only when the landlord was involved could this be clearly quite easily resolved and we received our full deposit back.
This unfortunate event suggests to me that this estate/letting agency are very much only in it to make as much money from everyone that they can.
We will never use again or recommend

Really great service, especially from Karl. He really helped me through the whole process and I'm not sure I would have got there without his help and support. Highly recommended ... and loving my new place!

Poor service over the phone and very rude. Wanted one of house sharers to be in full time employment, but stated they would pay up front or work around whilst they moved here. Originally just wanted a viewing and was not allowed. Do not recommend.

I would highly recommend Alexander May and in particular Matthew (Donaldson) from the Clifton office. I was a first time landlord and not only did he talk and helped me through the whole process, he also secured be long term and great tenants. His knowledge and expertise of the Bristol rental and housing market in general seemed second to none. For as long as I’m a landlord or in the market for a new investment property Matthew will always be my first call.
