Initial contact was good and we were happy with the photos and brochure. However we only had 1 viewing in 4 months and had virtually no communication from them.

Alexander May has provided outstanding service over the months of the sale from start to finish. Both Steve Pierce and Adam Lewry were always on hand to provide advice and help us go through the whole process. They were always very approachable, nothing was too much trouble when needing to make contractor arrangements to access the property and both of them always went the extra mile. Their office environment was always very welcoming and staff always passed on messages promptly. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Alexander May estate agents in Southville.

Steve Pearce handled the sale process of what was quite a tricky property. He always responded to my enquiries promptly and kept me informed of developments throughout. He also liaised with all the other parties involved to ensure that, althouh the process took six months, it all went through smoothly. He gave pragmatic and professional advice on all the issues that arose and any difficulties were overcome expertly.
I received three offers almost immediately upon launch, one £5000 above the asking price, and one of these proceeded to Completion. Viewings were handled efficiently.
Overall I have no hesitation in saying that I was delighted with the service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team.
