This is by far the worst agency I have ever worked with. They redefined incompetency and took it to an epic level. They can barely draft a contract accurately, they have internal communication issues where they lose information about their clients, they try to charge you more for things you never asked for, they take ages in sending in contractors for repairs and they are infamous for making it a struggle in getting your deposit back, if you're lucky to ever receive it back. Every attempt in trying to make contact with them is met with rudeness, unprofessionalism and utter incompetency. You would expect Amy Garrod to have a more competent approach towards solving issues but sadly, in most cases, she just makes matters worse. I hope I'll never have to work with them again, and if otherwise, I can only hope it will be under a more competent management.

My general experience has been positive, though I find it confusing that I seem to deal with so many different people.
I am therefore glad that Amy Garrod is there who can resolve any problems with the touch of a magic wand. She was particularly helpful in withstanding tenacious efforts of a non tenant to stay on in a flat after his girlfriend(the true tenant)had left. I was fearing litigation but Amy waved her magic wand and the awkward customer vanished in a puff of smoke. Have also had positive dealings with Eve Parsons and Lee Brown.
My only complaint is that putting so much on line there seems to be a needless repetition of automated texts.

I'm giving 3 stars at the moment as we are giving them a second chance, there doesn't seem to be any communication only when they are selling your house but when your house is Sold STC communications end and when we call were told everything's fine we are no longer going to use the Solicitors that were recommended to us by Allen and Harris as they were very slow and communication was zero, as promised when we instructed Allen and Harris Talbot Green to proceed with the Sale if our property we were told " We will be with you every step of the way and if you use Howells Solicitors it only next door so I can just go in and ask them what's going on" so when we stated having issues we were told they deal with Howells Cardiff not Talbot Green (next door) it was only until a major blunder happened via our Solicitor that Alex in Allen and Harris called the people purchasing the property to question why the Solicitor was mentioning Freehold upon completion they then stated we want a £5K Freehold but don't want to pay anything for it, like I said its second chance now and hope our next bite of the cherry is chased up and communicated back to us a bit more often were they are and what they have done not just left until we call to check up on things, it feels like when the Boss walks into work everyone starts working.

We have since moved to another estate agent as sending a person who hadn't even put their house on the market all we were told was the house wasn't Sold, just feel it was a waste of time sending people just to make it look like things were moving.
