We have been renting a beautiful flat in Hotwells for the past year through Allen & Harris in Clifton, and I cannot recommend this team enough! From the very beginning, we worked with Bethan, who was incredible during our application and moving-in process. She truly bent over backwards to make our transition as smooth as possible. Bethan was super friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. She wasn’t pushy at all during the viewing, making us feel comfortable and not like we were being oversold. She also went above and beyond to help us navigate move-in challenges - she pushed our references forward and coordinated with all parties involved. Her dedication and support during this time helped ease the usual move-in stress massively! Riley has recently become our property manager, and I honestly can’t praise him enough! He has truly demonstrated that he puts his tenants' needs first and is willing to dedicate his time and energy to get things sorted for us as quickly as possible. He is kind, responsive, and regularly goes above and beyond to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.
