When we met Matthew, we instantly warmed to his professional and down-to-earth approach and the fact that he really appreciated the care and attention we had put into our home. The result was a best and final offers process, achieving significantly over the asking price, from a buyer, in an excellent position. The team were absolutely fantastic in managing the process thereafter to exchange and completion. Every single member of the team was friendly and approachable and always fully briefed on the situation. They were also calm and reassuring when we hit a few bumps in the road. We honestly had such a positive experience from a company with a friendly, personalised service that offers something very different to other estate agents in the area. Thank you!!!! Very impressed.I chose them after initial contact with 3 agents and I found their whole team approach worked very well for me.Slightly complex sale as I had Lasting Power of Attorney for the owner so was handling the sale on his behalf.They dealt with this with aplomb.Also great to see a multi ethnic team in action and welcome change in an original name.Like the Elephant they had a very good memory
