I had a very disappointing experience with Mandeep Jitha at AWH - Anderson Wilde & Harris. His approach felt rude and cunning, and I sensed a level of discrimination that was troubling. It seems that he prioritizes the interests of landlords, inflating the costs of lease extensions and placing an unfair burden on leaseholders. The fees charged were excessive, and it felt like a system designed to exploit those who are already struggling financially. This experience has left me feeling robbed and frustrated. Despicable company. Refuses to show any accounts of service charge for 7 years. Our building has not been maintained for 7 years although we are charged for repairs no repairs have ever taken place. Dealing with this company is like talking to a wall. They do not reply to emails, they do not send tradesmen for repairs. They demand money and they fraudulently quote for major works at 5x the cost of what it should be. This company has lost me the sale of my flat three times with each buyer pulling our due to the lack of maintenance on the building and worries about management company.... Read more

I had someone do a survey on the house I was buying this year, but half of the survey contained information about a completely different house. After many emails, I was told by the head person overseeing the surveys that this was not a big problem, although the chap that did the survey admitted this was wrong and a mistake. They had copied and pasted the wrong info into the report. I was expecting their expertise to advise on buying a house in London. I nearly lost the deal as this all took so much time. I eventually got the money back and in the meantime had someone else do the report. I might also add that the AWH report had no images illustrating its findings, and the text that was there was written in a very shoddy way. If you just saw the comparison between the other survey I had, you just would not believe it.... Read more

Property valuers who do not measure properties, or take all comparables into account. Measuring a property is a basic and fundamental principal for a RICS Registered Valuer, not carrying this simple task out is simple case of someone not doing their job, leading to inaccurate data and providing an unreliable report, for which they have been paid £3,000. This can lead to undervaluation's of hundreds of thousands of pounds. It maybe cheaper to employ a monkey or a child to make a hash of a job.... Read more

Very poor service. The solicitors are inexperienced, rude and don’t have a clue what they are doing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are time wasters and you will get the minimum payout possible using this company.... Read more

At every stage of the process the service was professional and efficient with an emphasise on clear and timely communication and attention to detail. We used AWH for a survey for a lease extension which was subsequently submitted to the First Tier Tribunal as expert evidence. However, most of this "expert" report was rejected by the courts. The long leasehold value was underestimated by £10,000 (as determined by the Court) and outdated figures were used to calculate relativity, which were completely wrong. Instead of using relativity graphs provided by Savills 2016 or Gerald Eve 2016, the surveyor used outdated RICS 2009 Graphs, causing a difference of £25,000 in the relative value. Despite being a Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), this company is not using updated data in calculating their valuations. Will not be using this company again.... Read more

Extremely unprofessional. They are rude and condescending. I have had the misfortune of having to deal with one particular company representative Nichaela Da Silva, whose attitude demeanor and general approach I can only describe as appalling. I have reported on 2 occasions todate without any response from the company which rightly or wrongly makes me conclude that she is representative of the type of ethos with the company she represents. be aware is this company mange your property avoid at all costs...
