We recently bought through Tom Cottrell, Tom was great he had good knowledge of the area, he was friendly and made the whole experience personal. He was always available over text, responding quickly and acting as a direct correspondent between us and the seller making the whole experience easy and warm. If you want a more modern style of sale, I would highly recommend working with Tom. We purchased our first home with as little stress possible and very clear communication throughout.

I was not entirely sure what to expect given the instability in the housing market so it was a pleasant surprise to be able to sell the house so quickly. The agent from Nested was knowledgeable and confident which empowered me. Our estate agent for selling our house in Aviemore was Tom Kissock, he was noticeably more engaged than another estate agent we had met, took more time over the property to make sure he understood all the features, responded to queries promptly and kept us informed at all times. His approach gave us confidence that he would try his hardest to get us a good price quickly (which he did!). Very happy with him and he definitely made selling less stressful than it could have been.
