From day 1 - knowledge of the market, understanding buyer psychology and pricing - they did everything and beyond to get viewings / offers and to make the whole process move when previously the property was on the market for 1 year and couldnt move. Throughout the process they held my hand, and were relentless and diligent in following up with the buyer and each sides lawyers and making sure they pushed the process to the end - up to agreeing dates, conditions, outstanding queries. Super impressive and now I understand why people say Foxton simply gets the job done. A pleasure and great reassurance to work with - and thank you for supporting me to the finish line!

22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)We received excellent care and support from Bradley, Dominika and Billy at Philip Alexander, while purchasing a property on behalf of our father. They were flexible with viewing times, considerate of our father’s needs (he’s in his 80s), and always honest and clear with their guidance. The range of different properties was also impressive, especially as keeping within budget was an important factor. We especially appreciated that there was never any pressure to buy - no pushy sales tactics - just a straightforward, professional service. They also responded promptly to our solicitor’s queries, which helped the process run smoothly. We would happily use them again and highly recommend them.
28th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Do NOT try and sell your property with Kings Group. My partner is a cash buyer. She made enquiries about seeing a couple of properties in Tottenham Hale. The agency never arranged it but bombarded her with mortgage advice emails that she doesn’t need and never signed up to. As a result she will never get to see those properties (Kings Group are clearly not interested in selling) and now if she sees any property advertised by Kings Group she ignores it. If you are with this agency please change. They are as bad as Fox and Sons
