He was of great help and very responsive, which helped smoothen the not always easy processes. We would recommend landlord to use KFH services when renting their properties.

16th Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)Chestertons were great selling our flat near Caledonian Road. They were direct and upfront about how to price it and the strategy for getting serious buyers in for viewings. Their team flooded the flat with people, leading to several serious offers, some in excess of asking price. When things became challenging during a long chain process, Roberto was incredibly supportive, working very hard to reassure people on both sides of the chain and keep things moving. They were direct, clear and did what they said they would do - would recommend.

22nd Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.

It was a great pleasure interacting with Spencer, who was extremely helpful throughout the process, as was his colleague Ana Tsitashvili. Based on our experience of Hudsons Property, we would highly recommend their services.
24th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)I had a viewing with Duncan from this location. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout the viewing he was very chatty and relaxed, allowing us the time we wanted to explore the property in order for us to see if it would be right for us. Prior to the viewing, communication was good. I did not proceed with the property as it wasn't the perfect fit, but would be happy to work with him again and view other properties.
