It was great to get the deal done which was really difficult due to terrible solicitors on both sides. But I did find the agents unnecessarily aggressive but I understand that is how deals are done which is a pity. I don't think necessarily a reflection on winkworths themselves.

I had a very good experience with Winkworth Clerkenwell & City Estate agents.. I contacted from zoopla to view a flat, and Kenrick Browne made the viewing. It turns out that flat was not suitable for me. Kenrick took the time to discuss with me and understand exactly what I am looking for in terms of location, flat arrangement and obviously budget.. A few days after that first viewing, he contacted me to view a flat that ticked all my boxes.. He was helpful through the negotiation process, and helped me even find a solicitor quickly after my offer was accepted. He was always responsive by mail/phone/whatsapp during all the process and I felt really well supported.

What I'd thought would be a fairly straightforward move proved to be much more complicated than I'd expected. Throughout what turned out to be a six-month process Dominic Fletcher who showed me several flats was cheerful, supportive and unflagging in his conviction that all would work out in the end! Antoaneta Dinkova (Lettings Negotiator from Winkworth Clerkenwell & City) was the best agent I have worked with so far. She was super efficient and in just 3 working days she was able to take care of all the paperwork, signing the contract, doing the background check and confirming receiving the deposit. She would reply incredibly fast to any queries (both urgent and regular ones). She was nice and professional. This was the best experience I had with an agency so far in my life, and trust me I lived in 4 different countries already. Highly recommend it :)

I recently dealt with Antoaneta Dinkova at the Winkworth Clerkenwell branch in relation to a let of a property in the Farringdon area.
At all stages of the process Antoaneta was on hand to answer all the questions we had about the property, the process, the fees and move in date.
She was the perfect conduit between us as tenants and the landlord, and through her assistance we secured a flexible move in date which would otherwise had not been possible.
Further, she kept us updated timely at all stages of the process prior to moving in, as well as making sure the check in ran smoothly.

My wife and I were shown around a rather dishevelled property in a lovely Georgian Square.
Dominic Fletcher showed the right balance of realism and enthusiasm, as he pointed out the potential.
He then had the patience to show us round again and again and again. (And again). Including when we had a huge wobble following the surprise Brexit vote.
Not once trying to push us, but remained calmly reassuring.
We've now finally finished our refurbishment, and it looks utterly fabulous. (Dominic, if you're reading this, pop round!)

I found the whole team very proactive and approachable. William's valuation was realistic and the people who viewed the flat were obviously "real" buyers. As I live quite a distance from the property being sold I was always kept me up to date with viewings/ feedback and alerted to any issues (as the property was empty). Overall I was very satisfied with the service I received.

We gave Dominic Fletcher a very specific brief and his response was excellent. There was no time wasted and all properties were relevant. He also had some excellent lateral ideas for us. I have to admit that I suffer from some of the cliche prejudices about estate agents but Winkworths proved me wrong. Dominic was efficient, business and charming. He is very good at his job.
