The lady who deals with commercial is rude and obnoxious. I’ve given her the benefit of doubt before, but this time I needed to leave a review. On all 3 separate conversations with her to enquire about different properties, she has always been unprofessional and stand-off-ish. In the space of a 1 min sec phone call today she told me 3 different versions of the truth - the owner wouldn’t be willing to accept me, the owner is no longer advertising and she doesn’t know how I found out about the property (the property board is clearly advertised), and then the owner is only accepting established businesses, do I have 3 years accounts? All this before I’ve even been given a chance to explain my business and experience thoroughly at this point. From seeing the previous reviews it’s clear I’m not the only one to have a bad experience the AC and this lady who deals with commercial. I won’t be enquiring in any properties with this company again and if you’re thinking about listing with them, maybe think again. They turn away good solid business tenants.... Read more

My recent encounter with Andrew Caplin was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I was interested in a commercial property and expressed a strong willingness to offer over the asking price with six months' rent upfront, demonstrating my serious intent to secure the property. However, my experience with Andrew Caplin left me deeply disappointed.
Despite my enthusiasm and willingness to make a strong offer, Andrew Caplin refused to put my offer forward to the property owner. Her reasoning was that they already had too many offers, even though nothing had been agreed upon with any of the other potential tenants. This approach was baffling and counterproductive, as it left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a potential tenant.
Moreover, Andrew Caplin was exceptionally rude throughout our interaction. Her dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to assist me in my pursuit of the property were discouraging. As someone who has dealt with various estate agents in the past, I can confidently say that this experience was among the worst.
I cannot recommend Andrew Caplin to landlords or tenants seeking commercial premises. Her unprofessional behavior and inability to handle potential tenants' offers and inquiries with respect and diligence reflect poorly on the agency she represents. I hope others considering working with this agent or agency proceed with caution, as my experience was far from satisfactory.
In summary, my interaction with Andrew Caplin was an unfortunate and disheartening one, and I would strongly advise others to explore alternative options when looking for commercial properties.
