Our experience with Ashton and Perkins was nothing short of outstanding.
Having experienced large estate agent chains in the past and experiencing their vague and often unprofessional services, dealing with Ben, Roy and Kim at Ashton and Perkins was refreshing and reassuring.
Ben Perkins handled the sale of our, rather untypical, home. The house was appropriately marketed, viewings were professionally handled with specifics and details offered to all who viewed, with potential buyers selected rather than a blanket "send everybody round and see what happens" approach. The house sold.
It was the support we and our buyers recieved after this which was outstanding. We lost out on two houses in the following months. Ben helped us, advised us and kept everyone in the loop, until we were finally able to move. He is a genuinely great guy to have on your side.
Ashton and Perkins pricing is in line (or cheaper) than many larger estate agent chains, but this is the only similarity. Everything else about Ashton and Perkins is superior. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have just sold our house in Romford through Ashton Perkins and overall, we were very very impressed with the service we received. We chose Ashton perkins for no other reason than it was our closest estate agent - we are certainly glad that we did. Ben dealt with the whole process in a professional Manner, keeping us informed every step of the way. We only had a small chain (4 ) and was completed from start to finish in 9 weeks, which we were very happy with. We honestly cannot fault the service we received, everything went so smoothly, in what can be a stressful time. His knowledge, experience and communication are second to none, always just a phone call away. ( Nothing was ever too much trouble) He even recommended a very good solicitor (cunningtons) who , once again , were brilliant. I sold my home through Ashton & Perkins Romford branch and cannot recommend them enough. Ben dealt with the whole thing from start to finish and was amazing. There were problems and delays in the chain above, but Ben dealt with everything in such a professional manner constantly chasing for information and keeping me updated. GOOGLE PLEASE ADD A 0STAR RATING !!!!
I had an Ashton & Perkins SOLD sign fall and damage my vehicle. This company has taken no responsibility they seem to think it is OK to pass the buck on to their "sign company". I completely understand a 3rd party has put the sign up but Ashton & Perkins need to take some responsibility when someones property has been damaged.
It took them 2 weeks to apologise and to date still chasing them trying to recover for the damage caused
The sign company are even worse - useless unresponsive unprofessional!
