I have dealt with Ashton & Perkins for 3 years now and the service has been exemplary. I dealt with Ben, a true professional, who always went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, whatever they were. Their response times if an issue arose with our rented property was extremely fast and their action to fix any issues was prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. I sold my home through Ashton & Perkins Romford branch and cannot recommend them enough. Ben dealt with the whole thing from start to finish and was amazing. There were problems and delays in the chain above, but Ben dealt with everything in such a professional manner constantly chasing for information and keeping me updated. When my buyer suddenly pulled out, Ben had the property back on the market within an hour of finding out and an offer was accepted again within 3 days. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, professional, friendly service then Ashton & Perkins are the way forward.

GOOGLE PLEASE ADD A 0STAR RATING !!!!
I had an Ashton & Perkins SOLD sign fall and damage my vehicle. This company has taken no responsibility they seem to think it is OK to pass the buck on to their "sign company". I completely understand a 3rd party has put the sign up but Ashton & Perkins need to take some responsibility when someones property has been damaged.
It took them 2 weeks to apologise and to date still chasing them trying to recover for the damage caused
The sign company are even worse - useless unresponsive unprofessional!
