Andrew has been an absolute godsend and has been only one of two estate agents that has not only impressed, but supported, and driven out the chain to exchange.
He remains wonderfully calm under pressure, always gave us confidence when things were starting to get a little heated and dragged out. He is everything you want in an EA - driven, honest, not afraid of rolling his sleeves up to put in the leg work to get the chain, vendors, purchasers and conveyancers moving.
He has literally helped keep us sane through the entirety of what turned out to be an extremely stressful period. And we would not fail to recommend him to anyone. Nor can we thank or praise him enough for all of his help, kind words, and the willingness to let us bend her ear with frustrations.

Have dealt with Greenwoods estate agents on a number of occasions over the years and have always had first class service.. ie always being kept in the loop, and when issues have occurred Greenwoods have always contacted us before we've needed to contact him.. which gives us great faith in the hole operation...hes a local man who knows the local market which is a joy! Would never use a chain estate agency again...we like the personal service..
