6th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)As many companies transition to automated and AI driven customer service models it is wonderful to find a business that still operates through direct personal contact, understanding its customer's needs and going above and beyond to meet these. From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed. Outstanding in every way, I cannot recommend Peter Clarke and especially Camilla enough.

The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morgan and the rest of the team to anyone in need of their services. Sharon was also incredibly helpful and happy to talk us through the process whenever we had questions. 10/10, thank you team Stratford

The service has been faultless, they went the extra mile to ensure the sale went smoothly and proceeded to completion, they went over and above in keeping the whole chain together and actively worked on all elements to achieve this - not just concentrating on our sale/their instruction. Their positive involvement underlines the importance of using a good local agent. Highly recommend.

Matthew initially offered advice as to pricing strategy as well as going above and beyond to help with our buying choice which was outside of the agency's geographical area. Both sales included some tricky negotiations at times which were dealt with calmly using Matthew's longstanding experience . He took time to explain options to us and was always pleasant and diplomatic with all parties concerned, despite some difficulties with each sale caused by over enthusiastic potential purchasers. I would thoroughly recommend Tayler and Fletcher.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.

They gave sound advice at every step and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely manageable. Their professionalism was exceptional throughout. We were kept fully informed with regular updates, and they worked tirelessly to arrange consistent viewings until the right buyer came along. Their strong local knowledge was invaluable, and they even provided trusted contacts for services such as clearance firms and solicitors, which made the whole experience far smoother. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team to anyone buying or selling a property. They truly went above and beyond. Well done, and thank you again for everything.

Rob was extremely accommodating organising viewings as well as being friendly and personable throughout our experience. Rob is very approachable, warming and has been extremely communicative and supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you for all your help and if needed in the future the first place I would look to is Belvoir!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The property was marketed well and we felt the agents who conducted the house viewings were proactive and resourceful. Great communication and service.
