We were delighted with the service offered by Andrew's Estates from the moment they viewed the property and agreed a sale price. We were amazed that, due to their expert marketing, there was an offer 24 hours after the advert went online. We were disappointed when the first offer was finally withdrawn but, again, after the advert went online again, we had another offer within 24 hours. Amazing! From start to finish, the process only took 2 months to complete, which was brilliant. However, the house we were purchasing was not going to be ready for us for another three months, so we needed to rent somewhere for a short period. Andrews Letting Dept simply said "No, as none of our landlords are interested in anything less than 6 months." Other Estate Agents in Neston were a lot more helpful and seemed willing to go the extra mile by contacting individual landlords of properties we were interested in renting - consequently, we managed to secure a short term let for three months by using another Estate Agent.

Recently purchased a beautiful bungalow in Parkgate and dealing with Andrews Estates was a pure joy from start to finish, from the first phone call and viewing on the same day my wife and I instantly fell in love with the property it had everything we could wish for, and more.
The young lady who showed us around the property had extensive knowledge of the bungalow and the area even advising us of the local schools, her name was Kirsty and a consummate professional from start to finish
The other ladies we’d dealt with in the office and on the phone again were superb Eleanor and Dorothy if memory serves
I would highly recommend this company to deal with all aspects of buying or selling local property
When our children are old enough I hope they decide to settle here in Parkgate and buy a home not a property but a home from Andrews 10/10 excellent experience

Would be zero stars. THEY ARE AWFUL. Avoid at all costs. No wonder their number of branches is shrinking rapidly. Hopefully they will be out of business soon. Sorry to the staff who work there, but you must surely know how incompetent this company is, you deserve better employment.

Drove 30 miles for an arranged viewing. After accepting the property went back to office to pay deposit. The manager informed the agent that the property was let last week !!!
Avoid at all costs, there are more competent agents just across the road!
