We had an excellent experience of working with BFL on the recent sale of our Mother’s home.
The sale was long drawn out and complicated by a claim for ‘adverse possession’, yet at all times Gethin and his team from Heswall were friendly and professional.
A special mention for Dan and the team from West Kirby also, who helped to close the deal out and get us past the finish line!
A good job by all and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their services.

Jules and Liz in the office are lovely, Gethin has also been very helpful however I wish I could say the same for the "sales co-ordinator" who did very little for the fee charged.
I felt that we were mis-led on a couple of occasions and therefore chose to deal with the solicitors directly. In hindsight could've saved ourselves a lot of money!

So ! We have just sold our house through Bradshaw’s in Heswall and can’t recommend them highly enough
Firstly we met Ricky who really sold the firm to us and left us in no doubt it was Bradshaw’s we should use , his visit to our home was a delight , his skills at writing up the house and taking photos was superb .
When we rang up for advice the phone was always answered and the staff boys And girls were so pleasant and helpful
But I guess that was the easy part !!!
Your house sells but then months go buy and you need help advice , things also happen in your life during this time you don’t expect which makes it even more difficult and you need somebody to lean on and to moan at and help you
Stand up and Take a bow DAN CRAWFORD a real shining light in that office ! An absolute pleasure to have been involved with

All credit to BFL Heswall but in particular to Dan Crawford for going above and beyond to assist with a very difficult locum conveyancing solicitor who made life so, so hard for both me and my poor buyers. Dan was polite yet persistent in getting to the root of the problems as they arose and keeping us all updated in real time with solutions and practical help. Ok so this is actually a very important review because it was a long and protracted process.
Without the common sense and practicality of Anne Robinson I doubt the Sale of my Mothers house would have gone through.
It was in the Middle of the COVID situation and getting stuff done was extremely difficult.
There was every opportunity for both the buyer and the seller to just walk away from the whole process. But with practical suggestions and a bit of guidance Anne was able to steer the process to a happy ending for both ourselves and the buyers.
Definitely recommend BFL services.

My recent experience with BFL Heswall is EXACTLY why I would never use an online estate agent and why BFL is my preferred choice! After accepting an offer almost immediately on my property things became complicated with the chain at which point the team sprung into action. I was kept informed, given great advice, and trusted them to bring the sale to a successful conclusion. Special mention to Jules for sending in the buyers, Emily for cheerfully dealing with my endless calls, and most especially Ann for her expertise, knowledge and for reintroducing the word 'recalcitrant' into my vocabulary ;) Thanks all-will definitely use again!

I put my father's house up for sale in September and within a week, I'd had four viewings and three offers, one of which culminated in a sale by the beginning of December, very impressive in my view. Throughout the whole process, the work of the staff was totally professional and helpful at all times, particularly in the area of communication and advice. From start to finish I found them to be a thoroughly professional, competitively priced estate agency. Their dedicated sales team were very helpful and supportive throughout the sales process. The sales brochure they produced was excellent. BFL arranged all viewings at convenient times and I was given prompt feedback. Once a sale was agreed BFL recommended an excellent solicitor for the conveyance and they maintained contact with my prospective buyer and their solicitor and kept me informed of any queries or issues that had been raised and gave me helpful advise. This gave me peace of mind during a fairly stressful time.

Highly highly recommend Bradshaws in Heswall. Staff are excellent, caring and supportive as well as being highly professional and we can't thank them enough. Steph was amazing she was supportive to me and my sister whilst selling our late mums house which was obviously an emotional and stressful time. I always felt that I could phone or pop in and have a chat which I feel makes such a difference. All the staff were so warm and friendly you genuinely felt that they cared about your sale and this obviously comes over when they are taking people around your property.

We purchased our house through BFL. I advise all prospective purchasers to pay close attention to the information provided in the property details but then to cross check this when viewing the property. In fact I would advise disregarding any information provided in the property details. There were several errors in our details including stating the property had UPVC double glazing when two key rooms have only wooden, single pane windows. There are several responsible agents in Heswall, unfortunately I don't feel BFL is one.

Poor. For a start, we were buyers and not vendors, so your records are inaccurate. Secondly, when viewing the property we asked especially for an extended appointment since we wished to take measurements. When we arrived we were rushed and not given the appointment we had asked for. Finally, after we had bought the property and been living there for a number of weeks, a 'To let' sign appeared outside. The sign was screwed into a 100 year old stone wall, causing damage. I called BFL to ask why this sign was put up, and was told rather abruptly that 'Heswall office doesn't deal with rentals, you need to speak to West Kirby'. No apology was made, and eventually the person on the 'phone agreed to contact the other office and get them to call me back with an apology and explanation. 10 months on, I am still waiting for that call, still waiting for an apology and still have damage to the stone wall!
