Buying from BFL from start to finish was a long process, BUT not down to them! Through every step of the purchase the staff were helpful, polite & friendly.
Every step of the purchase was followed up & we were kept informed of each stage of the process.
A lovely empathy from the team in Heswall gave us the confidence to persevere. Each viewing, over the lengthy process, was informative and if any queries we had were not known the staff at the branch would look into it for us.

The most traumatic and horrendous experience imaginable! I'm still recovering from the stress that the team there caused me! If I had known in advance as to how they would treat me I would never have gone there! If it was'nt for Emma rescuing my sale and helping me at the last minute then my sale would have fallen through!
A truly hurtful and devastating experience!
