Very unprofessional through the whole process and me and my husband were so disappointed.
We currently moved in the flat. We've paid partial rent and ask our letting negotiator to keep this for us soon after viewing.
We've given them reference and asked them the certificate of cleaning and arrange the date for another viewing before moving in.
The person in charge totally ignored these requests and hasn't respond us anything.
My husband call the office 5 days before we moving in because we needed to arrange the removal.
Finally gave us a time for handing over the key.
On the moving day, there was a man who is not from Gascoigne- Pees, gave us key and explained us a very brief of our flat.
Fire alarm is not working and just left a spare gadget (They want us to fit on the ceiling? Neither of my husband and I are not electrician!).
The room has got cobwebs everywhere, clogs in drain, wall was full of stains.
Some doors of cupboards are off from hinges.
I called the office but still didn't give me an explanation what happened or what they can do for us.
However, this company pushed me and made sure to pay the balance over the phone.
Also tenancy agreement, they called me next day and rushed me that we needed to sign it and send them back ASAP, otherwise we would lose the right to live in the flat.
That's a rule, fair enough but it's been very busy day for cleaning by ourselves and unpacking, so we didn't have enough time to read through the contract.
It's been 1 week since we moved in but they don't tell us anything if they're trying to sort out our problem until we ring them.
Absolutely unacceptable service from the begin till now.
Our neighbours are lovely and good area. So we're not moving out of course but definitely avoid this agent in future and already anxious to keep in touch with them for loads of repairs.

Anyone considering using these guys, please don't.
If you want a proactive service, you will not get it.
If you want value for money, you will not receive it.
If you just want someone to answer the phone, don't expect it.
If you want your calls and emails un-returned, you're in luck.
Rented through Your Move for over 3 ½ years. Over this period I have had an excellent experience with the team there. Any issues have been resolved as fast as they could, and were very responsive. I would particularly like to thank Chris W & Cheryl S (Portsmouth way) who have been friendly, helped as much as they could & friendly to deal with.

Our whole experience with Your Move was terribly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. We used their management service to look after our property. Monies were taken without our consent. I tried several times to contact an area manager but I never heard back from anyone. Eventually the manager called and apologised and admitted we’d slipped through the net but we were told as our tenant was still within his contract, we couldn’t opt out of the management agreement. When we finally sold our property, after being on the market for a year, the list of questions which only they could answer, were just sitting unanswered on someone’s desk for a month despite me chasing me constantly. When the tenant finally vacated they just sent the inventory without even checking the property as there was lots of rubbish in the garden that needed removing and extensive cleaning which needed doing, all adding to the delay and in turn, to our stress.
Belvoir Basingstoke are a fantastic letting agents, we have worked for them as their preferred cleaning services provider and have always been impressed by how professional they are, they expect the highest standards and we help them deliver that for their customers.
They wouldn't mind you die just to keep their job safe speaking of the directors first.
After attending more than 5 times they failed to fix our extractor hood. It fall down on top me and my wife. Luckily I was the only one with head concussion from it and my wife was safe.
They didn't even apologies at all. After requesting an explanation they even blamed us for it!!!
Also don't believe in their lies if they says our contractor is 20 years and so experienced. He used plasters to secure a metal to the celling. Check photos
Think of your families safety before trying to take a property from Belvoir.
It has been two month since we left the house and still haven't got our deposit back!

Can't speak highly enough of Ewemove Basingstoke. Mark and his team worked very hard at completing our sale. Even with me being in Denmark, while selling a house in the UK, Mark always made sure I was informed and I felt in the best of hands and very confident everything was dealt with swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend them.
Generally the agent was good though he encouraged a price drop.
Not so impressed with the solicitors they recommended. Though they did improve, with a change of staff, towards completion. Offer to completion was too long at about 3 months. I still don’t know what caused the delay?
