Property Explorer have been excellent, taking professional photos of the house, marketing, responding immediately to any calls/e mails. They are proactive rather than reactive, eg when our buyer dropped out they immediately adjusted sale price to generate more interest. Danny and Kevin have been a pleasure to deal with whilst selling one of my properties. Ollie gave an accurate and professional valuation, he listened carefully to what I was looking for when listing, and only allowed his team to show the property to buyers in a position to ensure I got what I needed. Five viewings resulted in five offers in one weekend and swift feedback from Danny gave me a hassle free sale. Cannot rate the team at property explorer highly enough. Both the rental and purchase team were outstanding from start to finish. During our time as tenants we felt thoroughly cared for by Wendy, who sorted every issue empathically and promptly. Our mortgage handled expertly throughout by Stuart. And our purchase was fought for tooth and nail by Kev who we cannot thank enough. Our purchase was a difficult one with many hurdles, but Kev went above and beyond to make sure we got our house. A massive thank you to everyone at Property Explorer! We have rented through them and bought our first house through them! A massive thank you to the lovely Wendy who has always been a huge support throughout our 18 months of renting. Also, a massive thank you to Stuart who got us our mortgage. He has been there every step of the way making sure we got where we needed to be. He made it a very smooth experience for us. And lastly, I have to thank Kevin. This poor guy has been on an absolute roller coaster with our first purchase (along with Wendy and Stuart of course). Really pleased with PE as my house sale agents. The fee was reasonable and they were helpful giving advice when we received several offers. Although initially once the solicitor process started there wasn’t anyone in touch with us, as it began to drag on, Kevin from PE kept in touch with any updates.
