Anthony James Property Ltd, they are reliable, compassionate, convenience and loving landlords, very responsible to share properties with, I have lived in their property as a tenants for the past years because they make me comfortable in there properties unlike some landlords. I and my family feel very safe with them, even if I need a change of location they will still become my landlord. You will be safe, convenience and comfortable if they become your landlord too. We chose to work with Anthony James because they offered the combination of renovation, repair and maintenance and letting management. They initially renovated a couple of flats in our property and did so to a good standard, matching the finish to the tenants we were targeting. Quality work at reasonable prices. They have now been fully managing our letting properties for more than 2 years during the difficult lockdown times. We are just as happy with the letting management as we are with the renovation work. They are very experienced and knowledgeable of the letting business, give good advice on all aspects of the rental market but ultimately also allow us to make decisions. Unfortunately we've had some difficult tenants, one of which was existing when we brought the property and another since and they have managed both very well and now we are free from them and looking forward. Finally, we'd mention that the owners and staff are all nice people that you can chat to and easily build a professional but friendly working relationship with. Certainly recommended.... Read more
