Absolute shambles of a Lettings Representative..2 years of them acting on behalf of 4 year tenancy that has been poor communication, poor facilities management staff and systemic practices which my legal representatives are now involved and have a Judgement against the company they have been representing/collaborating with for the past 2 years.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
Although some office/clerical staff seem very nice (on a low end ratio) the overall staff retention and communication is very poor for what u would expect and an obligation to both landlords and tenants has been non existant.

Propertunity and I were brought together because they were selling the house I bought. I mainly dealt with Anthony. He’s a really nice guy and kept me updated every step of the way. I trusted him, he’s very knowledgeable.
He answered any questions quickly and didn’t leave me worrying.
I would definitely recommend this company, and if I ever moved house again I would return to them.

Really good service until the end. Unfortunately we weren't able to move as family matters came up and I had to be around to support my grandfather, my partner was unable to take calls due to interviews and when we eventually were able to speak to them, the woman was rude and I don't appreciate being spoken to like a child. Had she held her temper, I would have been able to explain everything to her instead of her jumping down my throat.
