I have never sold a house before so I was a complete novice.
I think they probably would agree that the property was a bit too far away to give a proper service. It was 40 mins away. They should not have taken it on
The staff in the office were always unfailingly polite.
When my son had given them a rocket, the property then sold.
I thought (as it turned out) the property was put on at an unrealistic price and although I agreed that price with the Agent, I should in retrospect taken other Agents advice. The other Agents were completely correct as to what it fetched.
I read all the information about how to sell houses too late.
I have learned a lot.
