They need to be more honest about the properties they are selling and also to mention when properties have serious issues as we found out whilst trying to buy a property gave them a second chance and put another Ofer in on a different property which turned out to have serious problems . The most alarming things was even though they new that both of these properties had problems they were back on the market straight away , causing the next person to be A disappointed and b time and money , which should not be allowed to happen . From the get go we were mislead The valuation was very positive and a lovely person came to value the property and promised us the world What we go was zero communication Zero feed back off viewers unless I contacted them I had to contact them to ask why the 3d tour was not online after 3 months I had to contact them after the viewings to see what happened We only had two people view the property in 6 month Just seemed to have forgotten us and only wanted us to keep reducing the price well below market value Avoid if possible terrible service for my property... Never can get through to the hexham office on the phone & always get diverted to a hub service they use. Also leave messages for someone to call me back about a property that I seen on Rightmove that I was interested in and never received a call back from the agency. What a joke of a way to run an estate agent ????... Read more

If you are autistic and/or suffer from poor mental health, I would strongly recommend you stay well clear of this company as they'll try pull the wool over your eyes. I sold my house through RHP and was told by their agents that the buyer was a cash buyer and had already sold their house (I have 2 emails confirming this). I also accepted a lower offer on my house as I thought there was no chain and it'd be a quick sale. To my surprise my solicitor informed me that I was part of a chain. RHP only told me about the chain 2 weeks before completion, when the people at the top of the chain started pushing for an exchange date. I never received any sort of explanation/apology from RHP for lying to me.... Read more
