Rented a property from off these up colonels walk goole. And we lived there for four years took care of the property and every time we needed some repair work done the did it in the first year but then we had a massive leak in the bedroom took them ages to come out and do it then our kitchen windows was not fitted correctly and was really cold in there, there was lose floor boards and kitchen roof was covered in black mould as well as other rooms we was just told to wipe it off, we reported this so many times and when we had enough we informed the council they came out and told us it was the worst black mould they have seen and ended up putting a hazard awareness on the house. 1 week later tony and he’s wife came with 6 different builders funny that when we needed work doing no one would come out anyway we was then issued with a section 21 eviction notice just because we got the council in. These are very poor and horrible estate agents around and the landlord who owns the property is exactly the same we moved on and now are fighting for our bond of £850 to which they have kept and no reason why, they kept saying we was behind on rent but banks really don’t lie. When we have the statements. Honestly if you rent from these and a mr and mrs Jackson don’t waste your time go elsewhere. Makes me sick to think we have lost our bond just because of the black mould

These agent and the landlord of the house we rented are a total waste of time the house had bad black mould in furniture and baking trays had to be thrown floor boards were broken the landlord didn’t want to know but when your paying out £550 a month and he buys a Vila in Spain then gives you a dodgy section 21 shame on you then at the end of our tenancy he keeps £850 do not trust this company or the landlord

Best estate agents in the area. The chap who valued our property did some proper markert research and consequently we got more for our house. I found the others people who came from other estate agents frankly a bit chavvy.
