We recently sold our house and bought our new property with Applegate Properties. From start to finish their dedication and professionalism was spot on. Nothing was too much trouble, phone calls were answered every time and we got regular updates throughout the whole process. They are so friendly and helpful and made our sale and purchase go through smoothly.

After having many problems using Purplebricks I decided to swap over to Applegate and it was definitely the best decision I made.
Hannah worked really hard at selling my house and her hard work paid off. She was very easy to contact and would even call me regularly to update me. She was always friendly and very positive and I would 100% recommend Applegate and Hannah to family and friends.

I have had amazing service from all the gang at Applegates especially Amy, Claire and Paul. From the start they have been incredibly pro-active in marketing my property. This isn’t just your usual ‘list on rightmove, hope for the best’ agency - they take the time to understand the property, contact potential buyers and market your property effectively. They are all so friendly and approachable too. My property was sold to a ‘walk in’ customer. They very kindly promoted my holiday let and it is now sold to a lovely couple after just a few weeks on the market. I am now putting my own home on with them too. I whole heartedly recommend this agency.

I had a really great experience with Applegate properties and would highly recommend them. They were very informative throughout the purchase of my property and were attentive to all matters throughout. When it came to selling my house it has been an emotional journey, made so much better by everyone at Applegate Properties.
My Mum had the house built and we moved in in 1969. Despite living in different places in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, this house was always home to me.
I started the selling journey after my Mum died, with an online estate agent, which obviously did not result in a house sale. When I rang up about things, I never spoke to the same person twice and the whole process was extremely frustrating.
When the contract ended, I had decided to go with an local Estate Agent, I did a Web search and found Applegate Properties and I am so glad I did. The experience has been like chalk and cheese compared to the online agents. The entire process has been clearly explained to me by Claire, Haley or Amy.When I have rung up for anything. They have taken the time to explain and listen. Selling my house has been a difficult and emotional time but I know that it would have been much worse without everyone at Applegate Properties. Thank you so much.
