Georgina remained calm, professional and helpful. We have bought and sold several properties over the years and Simon Blyth and Georgina are easily the best estate agents we have used.

18th May 2026 (21 days ago)As property Steward at Wellhouse Moravian Church I have recently engaged Bridgfords Letting Agents to rent out our property at Church. The young lady who is our contact is Jasmine Evans and she has been most helpful and efficient. Nothing has been too much trouble for her, from sorting out contractors to do the renovation and decorating, to sorting out the paperwork, to getting us tenants without us losing income, everything has gone like clockwork. If asked I would certainly recommend Bridgfords and Jasmine to anyone requiring the services they offer. What a pleasant young lady she is. Thank you so much for all your help and efficiency.
18th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall. They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying. Respond: The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service. They just want to get your money from the deposit. Don't trust them !

20th May 2026 (19 days ago)Absolute best decision I have ever made was to move out of the property I rented from whitegates Huddersfield, my only regret is that I stayed as long as I did. Tiles falling off the wall, black mould, cracks in the frame of the front door, just a few of the issues that were reported multiple times in the 6 and a half years I rented from them and yet they still try and take a cleaning fee from my deposit despite us leaving it cleaner than it was when we moved in and the multitude of repairs we done despite them predating my tenancy. They appear helpful when you are starting a tenancy with them but you can forget all that once you've signed the first agreement. And when they don't get contractors out in a timely manner? Well thats the contractors fault that they couldn't get someone else to do a quote when they didn't hear back. My toilet wouldn't flush for 2 weeks and I am 100% certain it would have still been broken when I moved out if I didn't go to the office in person and demand answers

This time, it did not go smoothly and my eyes have been opened. Fiona Joyce has been absolutely superb in managing a continually evolving and complex situation for me and my wife. I feel like I've not only been kept well informed, but have been well advised on what to do, when, and more importantly, when to do nothing. Thank you to Fiona and the rest of the Ryder & Dutton Team for all your help and managing my anxiety!

28th May 2026 (11 days ago)Dave and Freddie Edkins are the best. Very professional but down to earth and honest. Always there to answer questions and to help you along the way. I would highly recommend this Father and son team. The whole process was made easy, they are by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with and also very competitively priced. They know the market and how to sell houses. The first people through our door bought our house for the full asking price. ??????????????????????????????

She was proactive, persistent, and always kept things moving when they could easily have stalled. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she made the whole process feel much more manageable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to get things over the line. I’m very grateful for all her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

It took me a year to sell my apartment due to the long conveyancing process of selling leasehold apartments and a first buyer pulled out very close to the end of the process. But Claire and the team found two buyers in very quick succession and had the property taken off the market. They are very quick and attentive to the admin requirements when dealing with a property sale and also good at keeping you in the loop with chasing solicitors through the sale process. I have deal with a few estate agents over the last year but Claire and her team are by far the best.

When we went to collect the keys to our new house, we were delighted to receive a welcome hamper of prosecco and Yorkshire goodies.

27th Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would certainly recommend Martin Mellor. We sold our property after tenants moved out & we had moved to another area. Martin sold the property quickly and kept an eye on it as it was empty during the sales process. He took photos to show he had been into the property ( to satisfy Insurance company) and sorted out queries from the buyer. He helped to get the sale over the line when timelines were pressing. No hesitation in recommending his services.

They gave me two price estimates - to sell with and without improvements. Once on the market, Kaylee kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The service was excellent from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!

The photos of the house were brilliant and the marketing is the best around . Would highly recommend them and we will be definitely be using them again
