Myself and my partner have been renting a property with Arkade Property Ltd for just over a month now and we couldn't reccomend them highly enough!

Having only rented student accomodation prior to our tenancy, we were very impressed with the moving in process and how clearly our contract and next steps were explained to us. Maintenance issues are dealt with very easily through an app and the engineer who came out was extremely helpful.

When emailing Tom and Justin with any enquiries they typically reply within a couple of hours....a huge improvement on waiting for weeks with who we were renting with before!

First and foremost there are not enough stars!!
Although an offer for the full asking price was accepted for my flat, it took 6 months to get to exchange of contracts! Throughout that period both Andrew Kay and James Clapham were encouraging, persistent and absolutely brilliant with client care. I cannot praise them enough for all their help and encouragement.
I am moving to Harborne and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Arkade Property to handle property matters for anyone who asks!
