I have been looking for a property for a while and came across this agency. Upon speaking with them, they were very knowledgeable and gave me very good advice. They were very responsive and sent me a selection of properties to look at and I arranged a viewing for a couple of them. The agent who showed me around was very pleasant and talked me through the whole process. I then placed an offer which was accepted. It took about a month before I got the keys and am very happy that I used Mason Young as I have had bad experiences with other agents in the past. If i could give ten stars i would! Mason Young are probably the best property consultants i have used in Birmingham by far and i have used a few! At first i was a bit hesitant using a new company to deal with when i was looking to open a new shop however, i was recommended Mason Young by local business owners who previously used them which is always a good sign.
I had a quick look at their website which was well presented and decided to give them a call. The gentlemen i spoke to introduced himself, was very polite and requested a sit down to meet and discuss my requirements. We went through the details, fees, duration, expectations etc. and by the end of it i was happy and instructed Mason Young. They handled all of it for me, made it very easy to do business, from cradle to grave and got me a very lucrative deal that i couldn't say no; a smooth transaction.
I would like to say a big thank you to Mason Young and all the best in the future. I will definitely recommend you to others and will use you again if i need to expand.
