A friendly property letting agency. This feedback is a late post but worth repeating.
I contacted them during the peak of Covid (April 2020). They gave me a property without breaking clause because my job was also not stable. They gave me a firm support when I needed the most. And I shall always remain obliged for it.

Horrendous agency. Absolutely useless. They lie to cover their inadequacies and there are many !
I was a long term tenant and quite frankly the lovely owner may as well have set fire to his money. I once called the emergency line as I had water pouring into the kitchen at 3am ( I never ever received a call or any help i fixed the problem myself ) ! I fixed 95% of issues myself as it wasn’t worth the time and faff to get them to help. When the lovely owner got poorly they took the opportunity to throw me out with two months notice even though they knew the owner and myself had changed the contract to a year.
They are useless, inadequate and have no interest in the clients, only in the money . STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS !

AVOID THIS SCUMBAG SHAMELESS AGENCY AND 8 WESTERFIELD ROAD IS FULL OF BEDBUGS, JUNKIES, THIEVES AND SCUMBAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only rent from them if you are happy to be disappointed. They have no shame or sense of responsibility for the house maintenance and the tenant's well being! The house has been infected with bedbugs for 18 months and still is to this day because they refused o treat it properly and in the end they refused it completely. They refused to fix a room covered in mould despite asking 3 times and in the end I had to do it myself. There was a constant lack of hot water despite telling them about it twice. They refused to repair a heater lying it never worked in the first place when it did! It took them weeks to fix lack of hot water in the shower room. They didn't maintain the carpark causing overgrown trees which caused parking issue as well as damage to the car! Every Time there was an issue they said that they will call me back and they never ever did! They also hanged up on me when I refused to accept their negligence! It's strange that they are still in business considering how unprofessional they are!

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I now skip by any houses up for rent by Pauline Scott. No tour of the house, worker just stood there scrolling on phone then chucked a piece of paper if interested. Utter disgrace

Do not attempt to rent through them.
Neglectful, unprofessional and abrupt.
Worst customer experience I've had in my life. Unbelievably rude employees who respond when it suits them
After a battle with them on a refundable hold deposit, we contacted the director who did not respond. Only sent our money back with no response on his findings.
As first time buyers/renters, it put a sour taste in our mouths.

Very bad experience using this particular "property management" poor customer service, extremely terrible at handling situations.
Was treated with no care or respect. Was just a means to money.

If you are on the hunt for landlords who will treat their tenants like animals and helpless agents who will always be on the landlords’ side and will never voice your concerns or address anything that requires landlords to pay, then Pauline Scott is your go to agency. Also if you are a cheap landlord who doesn’t understand their responsibilities and think their only role in letting their property is to receive money every month, then you’ve found your perfect match. Congratulations!

Rented under Pauline Scott for 18 months, and although we had a few minor issues with the rental property, they were put right ASAP. Overall, a professional service and friendly and attentive staff

I would not give even one star..
I shifted recently in UK and they showed me different room video and room provided was different. Fraud
Staff are not kind they don't even care after you sign a contract.

Worst property management ever. They will not cooperate or coordinate once you have moved in and never help. Services are super slow and staff just keep repeating same stance " only so much we can do". Don't trust.
