Staff are very friendly and nice, more than happy to help. Their very good at listening to ‘complaining tenants’ and getting things solved. I phone up about a water leak and they got someone out he very same day! To have a look and fix the problem, even though the water was coming from a non-Pauline Scott Property.

Appointment booked, left voicemail to confirm. 30 minutes waiting at the property, 4 calls with nobody answering, leaving a message for someone to call me urgently, of course nobody bothered. Finally got through to some incompetent male telling me I didn't confirm the appointment. What a joke of a company, absolutely no customer service and a rude lady in the backigrpund barking 'I didn't confirm'. I'm sure the landlords don't know about this shower and would be disgusted. I'll take my business elsewhere, regardless of what properly they have available.

Absolutely awful, let's 40+ people live in a 2 bed house dispite it not being safe and upsetting multiple neighbours. The tennants are violent, noisy and have police and social services visit daily. The house is trashed, graffiti everywhere, the tennants have broken items of mine, and my landlords property (wall/gate/shed)stones and rubbish being thrown over daily. Lots of food waste stored outside, i festations of mice and cockroaches - when I've asked pauline Scott to investergate this they block me! My landlord is seeking legal advice against them as they will not communicate with me.

absolutely terrible service! pulled the plug on a deal 5 days before we were due to move 330 miles!! i would avoid this business with the plague. shocking service and damn right rude!!!! still awaiting my referencing fees to be returned because the boss was still on holiday mode and couldnt be arsed to return them the day he gets back from cuba!!!
