Really good agency - they have been so helpful to me, and really constructive and positive. Huge improvement on the previous agency that handled my tenancy. Recommend them happily.

Pauline Scott - I have been renting a home for almost a year in Ipswich Town centre. Right from start of the tenancy till the end of tenancy - the team of these professional people have always been very responsive to mails and calls, supportive for the issues or problems reported.

Despite issues which have compelled me to leave (which I never have expected) which were dependent on 3rd party to fix - Pauline Scott have gone as much far as possible to co-ordinate and help around sorting them.

Although - lot of experiences of delays with landlord, 3rd party and BMUK could have been avoided, I wont be blaming PS for the issues that left me leaving the house.

I do feel there is space for improvement with PS in renting property with due checks of issues, working only with responsible landlords/owners and trying to be bit more authoritative in getting things done.

Thank you for all the help all of you! - Joe, Ellie, Kirstie, Inga, Annie, Clarrie and rest of the team whom I may not have interacted during the course of tenancy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have recently moved into a property with this agency and since I moved in (5 weeks ago) have had no working hot water at all. I have reported this issue time and time again by both phone and email. All I have been given is excuse after excuse and am STILL waiting to have any working hot water! Pauline Scott know this is the first time I have rented a property and to be perfectly honest I believe they are completely taking advantage assuming I do not know how the process works and do not see me as a priority even though we are hallway through Winter. I have no idea if my Landlord is even aware of the issue but I will certainly be taking this higher.

If I could give this agency minus stars I would have.

If no stars were possible they would get a zero rating. Do not return calls. Not interested once property has been let. Take months to sort out problems even though there is another party renting the property they still cannot manage to sort out paperwork getting my name off the lease. Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs. Use a different agent if you want a professional service!!!!!!

I can highly recommend Pauline Scott Property who found me my new rental property in Ipswich. Annie recommended a viewing of the property and I was really happy with the service. t’s a real personal service and Joe and Ellie kept in touch every step of the way to ensure a smooth and stress-free process.
