I dealt with Jo Bunce on the sale of my house and couldn't wish for better service. Extremely professional through the whole process and was kept up to date virtually every day, Jo would phone even if he didn't have any news. I deal in a very high end and demanding product myself and would be very happy if he was in my team!!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid these overpriced liars.
Many thanks to Leon, Paul and the team at Abbotts. Selling my uncle's flat was definitely a marathon not a sprint! The team never gave up when selling this property.
When we finally got a buyer they were pro-active in keeping the sale going. I was always made welcome when I popped in, and any phone calls I made were returned as promptly as humanly possible.
I did put an offer for a property with Abbotts, I've asked to provide decision in principle which I did and again I was asked to see their mortgage advisor with all the documents if this is correct. My mortgage broker is from a renowned company, I've provided my mortgage advisor phone number email etc. Still sales negotiator wanted me to go with all the documents. I found they are too pushy and they do not believe the paperwork I've provided. They think they are better then other estate agents in Ipswich. If you have to buy or sell via them, I would advise to avoid them.
These guys sold my house for me and did a pretty good job. I gave it to them after another agent couldn't get much interest at all despite promising it would be popular. Keystone managed to get viewings straight away and sell the house within a week.
I've now been using their financial services and am working with their very helpful mortgage adviser.
When I look to move again they will be my first port of call.
Would be very careful here, I tryed to rent a place before whilst I was staying in Ipswich I was staying at my uncles house and wanted my own space. Spoke to keystone on the phone and they told me to come down and view the property. Long story short. I paid for a back ground check and had the viewing. The next day I went back the guy told me to pay £300 plus VAT To secure the place and to get the application rolling.. he then rang me an hour after taking my £300 + vat telling me the check had just came back.. Why would he make me pay applications fee if he didn't get the background check already..??? He made me come back to pay applications fee to then tell me after I couldn't rent the property ??
Anyways he told me I wasn't aloud to rent the property as I had a possession off cannabis on my record dating back to 2008. When I was 13. He acted like i sold drugs, it was only possession not supplying.
He then told me for this reason I am not able to rent the property and I wasn't aloud The money for the application fee back.
I would not recommend at all! This was my first time trying to rent a property/dealing with an estate agent and they obviously knew that and took advantage of me.
If your not familiar with renting and dealing with estate agents I would defently avoid this one ????
I was given good advice whilst trying to sell the house after the death of a relative. They were very good at keeping me informed of viewings that they conducted in my absence. It made it a less stressful experience than I imagined.
Good experience up front but were slow on giving feedback in the first month of marketing the property. Relied too much on automated performance reports.
I cannot praise Fenn Wright enough. Their service was first class, with regular updates on viewings and feedback. Once a sale was agreed they updated regularly about how each person in the chain was progressing. They helped make the process of selling your home as stress-free as possible.
Cheerful and do provide feedback but not sold our property in three months
Thank you to Andrew and his team for all their hard work. They are always professional, helpful and friendly and we couldn't ask for more from a letting agency.
Phoned several days in a row about a letting. On the third day we was told the property couldn't be views until the forst. Two days before the first I phoned again later o arrange the viewing to be told the property was alredal gon someone had viewed it and taken it. If we had been offered a viewing the first time we had called maybe we would be in our dream home. phoned for reason why this had happened. Was told someone would call the next day to say why. I am still waiting on this phone call.
