From the very beginning, Peter was incredibly supportive and approachable. Buying a property can often feel overwhelming, but he took the time to explain every step clearly, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout the process. No question ever felt too small, and he was always patient and reassuring. What really stood out was Peter’s efficiency and attention to detail. He kept everything moving smoothly and proactively updated me at every stage, which made a huge difference in reducing stress. His responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile showed a genuine commitment to helping me secure the best possible outcome. Overall, my experience with William H Brown has been excellent, and Peter in particular made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Peter.

Georgia, Darcy and Marcus went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible, especially given the challenging circumstances we were facing with our previous tenancy. They were professional, responsive, kind and genuinely caring — always keeping us informed and making us feel like a priority. Moving home with a young family is stressful at the best of times, but having such a dedicated team behind us made all the difference. We absolutely love our new home and it’s largely thanks to them. He has met us several times at the property and has been very prompt with asking sellers for further information. It's been very helpful having that personal service and a single person contact, and it's very refreshing to find an estate agents that know what they are doing!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Bridgefords were recommended by a friend, as they sold her house quickly. Initially we got an amazing introduction, we were impressed by the young man's hard sell if you like. They however, in 6 months got 3 viewers and didnt communicate very well. We had to get another agent who also gave an amazing introduction, but we have had 6 or so viewers with them and they send someone to show the viewers around who has amazing knowledge of the area and house. Not really had a lot of feedback from them really but they do communicate with me at least twice a month. I'm so disappointed as we want to downsize and retire.
