I have been following up on the water leak issue since December last year, and although the leak was eventually repaired in July, the situation had already deteriorated. The ceiling developed mould, which still hasn’t been addressed as of October. They are still in the process of sending quotes to the landlord and insurance agency. Despite raising a formal complaint with customer care to countrywide. nothing has been resolved. I strongly recommend avoiding this housing—explore other options in town. If possible, I would rate them zero.... Read more

I had a highly disappointing experience with this agency.They told that everything was fine, no need for additional procedures and can collect the keys the following week.I paid the holding deposit based on Hannah's confirmation. Then the agency introduced numerous additional procedures after receiving my holding deposit . This led to both financial loss and waste of my valuable time also face difficulty to find alternative accommodation at the last moment.... Read more

Olivia, the lettings negotiator, made the whole moving process as convenient as possible since she made sure that everything was done virtually, even the viewing, as I wasn’t in a position to travel. The paperwork was rapid and I moved to the house in a week after contacting them since I was in a hurry to find a house to move. Kudos.... Read more
