Made an enquiry on shared ownership in Northampton, agent took my details, and I got no call back for next 3 days.
Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer.
Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them..
Bad service, avoid
Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines

Had a negative experience with Taylor’s a total lack of communication, do not give them your key unless you are prepared to not be contacted pre booking of a viewing. Awful customer service from Rosie very sarcastic, go with Connells

Through Taylor, my family got a very nice residence which we still miss now. Very spacious and situated in the town accessible to shops, schools, the NHS, and transport. Lovely landlord. All the services were quick and on point. Great service. We recommended it to our friends. I suggest this to others as well. Well done Taylor and thank you for your service.

Had an appointment to view a property and when we arrived there were two other women who had arrived for an appointment half an hour earlier but no one had turned up. Tried calling the office but no answer and still haven't heard from them nearly six hours later. Doesn't bode well for anyone that does let from them

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've had the WORST experience with this company. I put down a holding deposit over a week ago after viewing a property, myself and my partner have called, emailed, left messages countless times and the service has been APALLING! We never get a call back and no one has explained the process or what is going on. We've been trying to book a viewing so that my partner can also see the property whilst the checks are underway, you'd think it wouldn't be so hard considering I've paid a holding deposit! But a week later no one has booked him in yet! We've sent our documents to the branch manager and completed the vetting but have had no acknowledgement or communication, very unprofessional. They've taken our money and have treated us poorly as customers! 1 star is too generous for these crooks! Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere!

Embarrassment of a company!
After cancelling our viewing on Saturday we were then told they would contact us to re-arrange which never happened. Called the office to get a viewing of the property which was confirmed by a member of staff.
On the day of the viewing after waiting outside the property for 15 minutes with no agent in site we called the office to be informed it was in fact our fault for not waiting for them to call back to confirm the viewing time which was never mentioned as we were given a viewing slot on the phone earlier in the week.
DO NOT DEAL with Taylors unless you enjoy wasting time.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of knowledge and shameful professionalism displayed by the branch manager at Taylor's estate agent. My experience with this individual has been nothing short of a nightmare.
From the very beginning, it was evident that the branch manager had a limited understanding of contracts, professionalism and the law in general. Their lack of knowledge was apparent in their inability to answer basic questions about the properties they were supposed to be representing. It was clear that they had not done their homework and were simply trying to wing it.
Furthermore, the branch manager's lack of professionalism was truly shameful. They consistently displayed a dismissive and condescending attitude towards me as a client. Instead of treating me with respect and providing the necessary assistance, they seemed more interested in rushing through the process and making their point clear. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for my concerns was truly disheartening.
Communication was another major issue with this branch manager. They were often unresponsive to my calls and emails, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. It seemed as though they had no interest in maintaining a professional relationship or providing the necessary support throughout the renting process.
Overall, my experience with the branch manager at Taylor's estate agent was extremely disappointing. Their lack of knowledge and shameful professionalism left me feeling undervalued as a client. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this agency to think twice and explore other options.
No response needed either, I was compensated as I had to take this to the property ombudsman who were much more helpful than a certain 2 individuals. Such a shame…

After 9 stressful months, with major delays and issues out of our control, they all remained positive, professional, helpful and reassured me through each step of the process. I can’t thank the team enough!
Will recommend to anyone I know looking to sell/buy!!

Please Avoid this agency , very poor in communication throughout the process. Had to travel twice all the way from London for a property and after offer is accepted nothing was communicated properly that the vendor has changed her mind for almost 15 days.

Exceptional service from the team who have been managing our property for a few years. We had some maintenance issues that needed resolving and Helen helped get these resolved for us to get the property back into a lettable condition. We would also like to thank Abi for getting it back onto the market and let out as quick as possible as well co-ordinating on certain tasks with her team to get issues resolved promptly.
