This is purely a review for johnny at Jackson Grundy, I just want to say how much I appreciate the way Jhonny has looked after us during our ongoing house?hunting journey. He actually takes the time to call, update us, and keep us in the loop — even with small things like leaving a quick voicemail. It might seem minor, but it means a lot. Valuation was low. Clearly the agent wanted a very quick sale at my expense. The valuation was based on a 4 bed house in a 5 mile radius and not the local area or condition of the property. As the agent stated it’s just another 4 bed property. I insisted on an increased which was justified by the eventual sale price. Very slow to respond to emails and missed an offer by the eventual buyer after I prompted them after 4 days that the buyer had contacted me with an offer after no response from the agents. It very much felt like I was doing all the running, negotiating with the buyer and pushing things along. On exchange day the agents went off line and I was left to chase the buyer and solicitors, hence we missed the exchange.... Read more

Really difficult to write such a negative review but my wife and I had such a terrible experience with Jackson Grundy. We had been searching for our perfect 'forever' home for many months and were thrilled and excited to come across a house in Guilsborough that met all of our needs for ourselves and our 5 children. We phoned and booked an appointment for the 1 and only open day immediately and were told " you are first through the door". A week of driving out to get a feel for the village and show our children photos of the house and surrounding area was met with a short, abrasive and quite frankly thoughtless phone call the day before we were due to view, telling us somebody had managed to view it early and put in an offer the owners accepted. Underhanded, dishonest company we will certainly steer well clear of going forward.... Read more
