Haart estate agents were dreadful. Their description of our property was inaccurate because they described our house as having a bathroom in the garden. Although we asked Haart’s to update their property description they did not do so. Haart did not respond to our calls and left us very disappointed. When we visited Haart’s office to collect our house key they handed us the wrong key which was the key for someone else’s home. Haart estate agents in Northampton delivered a very poor service and after the 6th time we left a message asking to speak to someone with no response from Haart we terminated our contract. Haart then wrote to us stating that we would owe them their fee is a buyer they introduced purchases our property in the future. As Haart did not introduce any prospective buyers that message sums up Haart’s incompetence.... Read more
