Entire experience with them wasn't great had to chase them up for everything.. even then wouldn't necessarily get an answer. Would have to wait as there communication in general with the team and with the tenant was lacking, worsted experience with estate agent months later still getting contacted my third party companies due to the estate agents not following through with the process they stated they would arrange.

Just by having read your reply to myself and others, shows just how unprofessional this company really is! I can categorically state this flat was left cleaner than when we moved in (I still remember cleaning the dirt and grime out of the cupboards etc). This flat was left in a clean and tidy state when you moved us out over Christmas due to extension works in the loft. Yes I did dispute the fact you wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount for a 'dusty' window ledge (baring in mind the roof was about to be ripped off) and a cleaning cost you would not even give us a breakdown for. It was not ruled in the Landlords favour at all, I decided to drop the dispute due to the amount of stress you were causing and had caused for months. The 1 star is not only for how you treated my partner and myself but how you were happy to let building contractors into our flat without our knowledge, how you failed to tell us building works had been planned (we found sketched building plans on the floor in our flat), failure to repair a faulty kitchen (if we turned a hob on it would cut out the electric to the whole flat, not to mention the extractor fan falling off the wall because it was not installed with the proper screws and was never replaced). You did not keep to your side of your contract, I do not wish to discuss anything with you Michelle ever again. We are quite happy in our property, run by a professional company and professional Landowner, who have been the easiest people to work with since moving out of this flat.

From the moment I spoke to Michelle, she knew exactly what I was looking for and was so helpful as an outsider to the area. The service was prompt, efficient and yet friendly. Jade did my only viewing (I secured the property!!) again, really helpful, friendly and explained next steps. I couldn't recommend the team at Ashleigh Stone more. Thank you ladies!

Ashleigh Stone have been amazing at finding us our first perfect family home! Their service has been amazing - can't fault them! They are very client focused, and have made the whole process very easy! Highly recommend them. And Ashton in particular, has been amazing!

100% useless... bunch of messers and not serious about selling property/letting

Incompetent, rude, patronising when queried, wouldn't accept the £360 reference fees in any other format but cash... Then again, it was a Friday and they only needed to keep £12 aside for paragon ???? .. Didn't disclose parking on property wasn't communal and that we actually didn't have a space at all. didn't disclose the entire block regularly had damp and black mould issues, which ended up costing us the majority of our possessions... What more could you want from a trusty estate agent?????

My original 5 star review was left at the request of Michelle at Ashley Stone. I rented a property with them for just over a year. As soon as we decided to leave, (due to our landlord breaking contract and a number of other issues) my opinion of Ashley Stone has massively lowered for a few reason. One being that when we needed the referencing done, despite the fact that Michelle knew how important it was, she proceeded to take ages to complete it. Luckily, we pre-warned our new estate agents of how difficult Michelle and our landlord could be and we were able to get into our new property without the referencing. I wouldn't ever use Ashley stone again.
