I recently sold my 2 Bed property in Leigh on Sea using Coulson James.
As with most agents, the first part of was easy, finding a Buyer etc... Where they really made there money was the Sales Progression.
They chased up the loose ends and kept regular contact between the Buyer, Buyers Solicitor, my Solicitor and me. Which ensured the sale went through.
