About Astley & Co Estate Agents - Norwich

We are an independent estate agents based at 310 Constitution Hill, Norwich and our aim is to offer the Gold Standard of service. We aim to instil confidence and make the whole process as smooth as possible. It can be daunting buying and selling houses, but our overwhelming objective is to give honest transparent advice so you the client can make good informed decisions.

I’ve been an agent for a few years now, we founded in 2011, and the best bit, is not the property, but the people. The people that I meet along the way make such a difference to my working day. I’m always determined to help get them where they want to be..

Fee’s | In fact, we are honest to the point where we advertise out prices long before we get to you.. there is no making it up as we go along. We advertise them in branch, as well as on our website and across our social media platforms!

Valuation | Again we are honest where we provide real and accurate valuations and won’t give you unrealistic expectations with your home, sometimes, we lose the instruction because we tell the truth and the truth can sometimes hurt!

Communication | We communicate with you clearly throughout the whole process. We’ll provide you with any and all updates, and are happy to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

What an unexpected first class service!
I won’t dwell on the reputation of estate agents but Yvonne has certainly changed my opinion.

Fantastic service from the team at Astley & Co. Was hugely impressed by their professionalism and service which carried on throughout the whole time we dealt with them. The photography and sales information for our property was excellent and really showed it off in the very best way - we had a buyer within 6 days of it going on the market! Cheri was our main contact at Astley's and the advice and support she gave us throughout the whole process was invaluable...she was always on the end of the phone for any questions we had, and I was extremely impressed with her never-ending knowledge of everything from the housing market, legal processes, building regulations and interior decor! A wonderful personal, client focused service which I would highly recommend.
