Terrible selling tactics...I'm so dissapointed in them. I would never recommend or use WHB ever again!! Shocking avoid at all costs
I have had several viewings with various companies but I would have to say Sam Is top of my list. She is always polite, extremely professional, friendly and most of all gives you the space and freedom to explore the property after her initial show round. Lisa is also super nice as well as Ralph, Scott has a great team behind him.

Thanks to difficulties with the buyers solicitor and the death of my stepfather after the sale had been agreed and before exchange of contracts, meaning probate had to be granted before the sale could proceed, this was a very lengthy process. During all of this time Scott (Sprowston branch) kept in touch with us with updates and was very pro-active in speaking to both parties and both solicitors to ensure a satisfactory conclusion. He was very professional from the initial viewing/valuation through to completion and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We recently purchased a property through William H Brown. We were shown around the property by Ralph and spoke to Scott in the office. Both were very professional and supportive throughout the purchase. Ralph also arranged for us to view the property two further times prior to completion. Due to some issues with solicitors on completion day, we were almost left homeless. But thanks to Ralph and his colleagues they managed arrange it so this didn’t happen. This was an extremely stressful day and at times Ralph was the only person who was communicating honestly with us and relaying all of the information. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Im not one to normally write reviews but on this occasion I felt compelled to share my experience.
From the moment I contacted William H Brown I've received impeccable service.
My point of contact in the office has been Scott and Ralph on the viewing side of things.
Scott has been very meticulous in arranging my viewings to suit my needs and has gone above and beyond making regular phone calls and emails before and after my viewings to make sure all my needs have been fulfilled.
Now Ralph don't let the age of this young man put you off he is very knowledgeable about each property he shows you around answering every question you can throw at him with such professionalism.
This young man is one of the best estate agents I have met and in the past 6 months I have met with a lot.
Overall buying a property or selling a property I can and will recommend William H Brown Blue Boer Branch to anyone and everyone.
The service I have received is by far the best out of all the estate agents in the Norwich area.

I particularly would like to give a special mention about Ralph, who I spoke to on many occasions for viewings. He was always prompt to answer questions and understood my individual needs of the properties I was interested in. For example a south facing garden. He even went the extra mile when on one viewing, proceeded to tell me about another nearby property I might be interested in and we viewed it that same day.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Claire and Madeline for all that they did. This was a very stressful property chain that fell apart twice, however, at all times I found William H Brown especially Claire and Maddie to be brilliant.
They kept me informed at all times and were constantly working flat out to get this chain completed.

I first spoke to Scott a few weeks ago and he has been amazing ever since, always working around me and my partners work to fit viewings in and couldn’t fault how professional he has been throughout the process. If I called and he was on another call he would always call me back leave messages about what it was regarding which is so helpful working full time, he was always contactable through phone and email and very responsive! I swear the man doesn’t have a day off he is that dedicated to his clients. We also spoke to Joseph the morgage advisor there and again he was amazing, really reassured me and my partner and explained everything in simple detail so I could understand! So responsive, could always catch him by call or email, he also was able to work around us.He also was able to pass messages on to Scott and the other way around which I found was so helpful when I only had a short time on my phone. They were able to sort viewings out around my work hours which was so important for us and couldn’t thank them enough! I hope one day to work with them in the future! 100%! Thanks again to all of the team but especially Scott and Joseph.

We cannot praise the staff at WH Brown enough for the effort which they put into achieving our purchase.
It was one , fraught with legal technicalities, which seemed to stump conveyancers.
Victoria and in particular Claire have worked far beyond the work, which an estate agent normally completes. Claire’s help, encouragement and patience has been exceptional.

These guys at this branch were absolutely fantastic during our house move. Communication was efficient and exactly what we wanted from an estate agents. Always kept in the loop and very informative. Claire was instrumental in keeping the move afloat and even after many complications with our non responsive solicitors she went above and beyond to find answers and chased information when necessary. Covid has been a very difficult time and not being able to talk face to face could have been a problem but it was bypassed thanks to this team. Everything just seemed to take forever. It should of really been an easy sale, empty house , first time buyer. The connection with fosters also slowed everything down even more so. I found the people at William H Brown very friendly and helpful and able to explain anything I wasn't sure about. They also did all my viewings on my property without question. It took a long time to sell my house but they stuck with it and eventually it was sold. The aftercare of making sure the sale etc was going well was good too and they chased up any loose ends and communicated this with myself, my solicitor and the buyer.
