Huge disappointment! I will never deal with this agency again! They take advantage of your understanding and patience. 1 month passed and still did not get my secured deposit back. They are playing with the money for their own use. I will look to take this matter to the right authorities.

Letting department - Unfortunately they have a very bad, defensive attitude! They did find a tenant for me on my first property, however they did mislead that tenant on a couple of things which I've since had to sort out ie. length of the tenancy and whether appliances were included. However I went to book them to Let out another property and got a horrible attitude from them. When I told them I didn't like their attitude they suggested I go elsewhere. What a shock! I do not recommend using that office for Letting.

We recently bought a house which Your Move were selling. Emma Cox dealt with the sale and was excellent. We had a slow and long process due to the seller using a very poor firm of conveyancers but Emma worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line. We were speaking to each other multiple times a day and Emma was always friendly, polite and kept a good sense of humour despite a very difficult set of circumstances. We ended up completing just before Christmas. Thank you Emma!

Your Move have a fantastic team in Norwich, each and every one of them are helpful, reactive, and friendly. In particular Emma made our house sale run as smooth as possible, she was attentive, friendly, kept us up to date regularly and when she said she would. She liaised with other parties in the chain and generally went above and beyond what an agent should do. I have no hesitation in recommending Your Move and Emma. Simon was also fantastic, picking up the workload when Emma was on holiday or on a day off. We had previously tried another couple of agencies in Norwich who were very slack in their approach. Emma definitely earned every penny of the commission and i would have happily paid more for their services. They buck the trend of an industry that has a poor reputation. Lee at your move has been amazing in helping us! We only decided yesterday that we needed to put the house on the market and within 5 hours he had come over for our photos to be taken and the pictures will be up on the website tomorrow! I am 38 weeks pregnant and he was so helpful when taking the pictures and helping me move things in the house so they were out of shot! His friendly nature helped reduce the stress around selling a house. His suggestions on viewings were also really thoughtful considering our new arrival will be with us soon! Thank you!

I would highly recommend Alice the mortgage broker at Your move Bennetts. We received a friendly, very thorough and professional service from Alice, from finding us a great deal with a BTL lender to following the case and checking if there are any issues whilst dealing with the solicitors and other parties, to completely saving the deal at the last hurdle. We encountered an uncommon issue with the lender - an issue for the lender with the vendor -and Alice thought outside of the box to support us, speaking to the lender and maintaining contact with them until they would review outside of their usual parameters - she did not give up. I can honestly say I think we would of lost the house without her. I will not hesitate to recommend Alice to family / friends and I will definitely use Alice again for our next venture.

As first time buyers, we were very nervous about making that leap onto the property ladder. A friend who bought a house a couple of years ago recommended Alice Gardner who walked us through the whole process. She was approachable, had a wealth of knowledge and made us feel at ease with the many questions or concerns we had about the process. Whenever we needed to contact Alice she was quick to respond and always kept us updated with progress. When our first property fell through (seller changed his mind at last min) she went above and beyond to help us and get us back on track, offering her well informed advice meant that we didnt lose any money on solicitors fee's. Without Alice i am sure we would have, which in turn would have prevented us offering on the house we eventually purchased and in hindsight we are much happier with the one we did buy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alice to anyone and would happily use her again. Thank you Alice

We have just completed a year long tenancy with Your Move. We were more than happy with the friendly staff, quality of information and speed of service. We had a lovely year in the property and when things did need repairing (rarely) or we had a query it was instantly sorted out. Moving on but will definitely lean towards using Your Move again in the future...

We've just sold and bought with Your Move Bennetts and have to say that the whole experience was made less stressful due to the great team at this branch.
We initially met Lee, who immediately understood what we were looking for and what we wanted to achieve.
Emma coordinated our sale & purchase, and was fantastic. She cares about the customer and treats you as she would want to be treated. She dealt with every part of the process with a high level of professionalism and was a pleasure to deal with.
Alice arranged our financial requirements, and again, had a very high level of professionalism.
The whole process was made a far less stressful time because these guys cared as much about the customer as they did about the sale.
I would recommend to anyone considering a house move to use YOUR MOVE Bennetts !

Very happy with the service offered by Your Move Bennetts. From the moment I rang to arrange a valuation, through to the moment we completed, I was impressed with the professional and courteous manner in which I was treated.
Lee, who did the valuation was thorough and polite and explained everything for me.
Emma, who I dealt with over the phone kept me abreast of everything that was going on in the chain and fielded my question admirably.
They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things that you can go through; but by using Bennetts Your Move it certainly wasn't for me.

Me and my partner have had the best experience with Your Move, in particular James. I sent a generic email to various letting agents in Norwich on a Sunday afternoon, first thing Monday morning James sent me through details of an amazing property. We went to view this property promptly, but could only do a late viewing due to work. This was no problem for James and he worked late in order to meet our needs.
James allowed us to have a thorough look around the property on our own without being pushy like we had experienced in the past. We then said we wanted the property and James started the referencing process for us.
During the referencing process James kept us informed on a daily basis and no query was too much for him. I had called quite a few times as we desperately wanted the property and just wanted the final answer. James didn't get annoyed by this at all and was always really friendly and happy to help. He chased people for us and without James the referencing process would of probably been double the length of time! He was bang on it!
James has made sure that this has been a pleasant experience for me and my partner and has also found us our dream house and went above and beyond to ensure we got it! He is by far the best letting agent me and my partner have come across and I hope his helpful, kind and professional manner is recognised!

Hi we have used Right Move before and this is why we used them again and will continue to do so.
After various issues with other agents which are either very pushy or are prepared to just blatantly lie about what they will do etc, we have found Your Move to be everything a customer would like in a very efficient and professional manner and at times more!!
I could not speak any more highly of Your Move and was happy to meet with Dave from the start who was very genuine and honest about our situation. I must also give huge credit to Emma who was always there to help and was extremely proficient and knowledgeable in the business and our concerns and was very willing to help in every way possible she could!!

I don't usually write reviews, well not positive ones anyway as we all know it's too easy to complain instead but... Having seen another review I felt compelled to share my experience to give a balanced perspective.
After viewing a house with your-move bennetts, I was so impressed with both the office staff as well as the person that accompanied me for the viewing that I decided to use them to sell my own property.
Throughout the process, Lee, Emma and the rest of the team kept me up to date with every aspect of my sale from the initial listing/viewings through to completion.
I've sold 4 houses in the past and this was by far the best experience I've had - selling is stressful but the team you choose can make the whole thing a lot easier.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others (I've already done so with a work colleague!).

I sold my house with Your Move Bennetts this year. I was very impressed with the service I received. At my first appointment Lee turned up at the specified time and explained all costs involved and was very professional and friendly in his approach. I was kept informed at all times by the very helpful and friendly office based staff who I felt I could contact at anytime with any queries or concerns of which I had quite a few having not sold a property before. My phone calls were always returned promptly if my queries could not be answered at the time. At the same time my partner was also selling a property with another estate agent and the service he received was not as professional and helpful as Your Move and their fees were also higher. Even when my first purchaser pulled out of the sale Your Move staff arranged several viewings for the following day resulting me reselling my property within less than 24 hours which enabled my partner and to secure the property we wished to purchase. The sale of my property went through smoothly and I would certainly recommend the staff of Your Move and would not hesitate to use them if I was to move again in the future.
