They had no interested in progressing the sale, I had to do all of the chasing/asking for updates and when asking Sefton's to do this I was told "that's not my job" - luckily the other agent who we were purchasing through (Stobart & Hurrell) were incredible and did everything they could to push the sale through.

After a bad experience with another estate agent, Sefftons came and saved the day!
They sold our house within a week of relisting, kept communication with us throughout the process and made sure we were supported through our sale.
They are a small team but it means whenever you call they all know about your property and can help with any questions!
Their photography and videos are another level to any other estate agent. Seeing the before photos you would think our home was a dark and dingy property, but Sefftons made sure to show it at its best, plus they offer amazing aerial drone shots which showcase the entire plot, great for buyers.

Couldn't recommend enough. Conrad is a top estate agent from start to finish and was also a decent price. Made a really good advert, super responsive with viewings and honest about pricing to help get the best deal for my sale. I was selling at distance and he sorted everything, recommended a good solicitor who was spot on as well (Lambertpugh), sorted EPCs and helped chase the buyers all the way to the finish to get me over the line for my deadline.

The listing on rightmove was fantastic and the photography and video skills were just absolutely stand out compared to other agents. After a somewhat poor and disjointed experience with our original estate agent, (who had just said lower the price) we decided to give Seftons a try after getting a good feeling from initial interactions with Avril and Conrad. The marketing of our property was on another level once they took over, in particular the use of a drone to provide aerial shots was a real game changer. After 3 months of nothing before seftons, the property sold after two days and the very first viewing! Unbelievable. Very happy with responsiveness and customer care also.
