Simply ridicolus customer service. Called 4 times to enquiry about an office advertised on zoopla. They always said we will call you back- this is never happened.
Feel sorry for the owner of the building sitting empty while who should advertise his space cannot simply address the query of a potential tenant

Dreadful company. Substandard building work and rip off maintenance charges. Harry blatt and Philip Richards below both work for Aston rose. Avoid at all costs

They managed the property where I had a flat a while ago. The guy I was in contact for property issues was good but sometimes things were not done on time but I always appreciated his effort. Overall good people. I wish they manage my current property.

I agree with most of the other reviews. (And the 5 stars reviews have been given by people who actually work for Aston Rose - Harry Batt & Sammy Conway!) For the money you pay for them to maintain the building you do not get much of a service. They come across as a not very nice company to deal with and do not listen to what you have to say. You are expected to pay up and shut up.

Unhelpful expensive. Make decisions without consulting the people they are supposed to be working for. Have a high attitude of self entitlement. If they manage your block dont forget they are merely property managers you can get together and find many other companies to do a better job at a much better price.

Great company and great services for a reasonable price. Staff is very polite, professional and helpful, any issues are quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

I paid maintenance charges to Aston Rose over more than 15 years as I owned a flat in one of the London blocks they managed. In my experience, they're expensive and the blocks are only adequately maintained although the outdoor cleaning and gardening is generally of a better standard. 5 years ago I would have rated them 3 1/2 stars based on their staff but a few years ago they seemed to replace all their team with people who just don't seem either very knowledgable or very bothered . You now get a lot of "attitude" on the phone. When I came to sell my flat, they seemed to be particularly unhelpful and it did hold up the sale.
