Genuine Personal Recommendation for Rachel of Rachel Gardener Estate Agents eXp Buying & selling a house can be one of the most stressful times in one’s life. This is why you should do proper research when choosing your Estate Agent. Long gone are the days of just visiting the local office because the chap speaks nice, drives a posh car and takes a good photo! In today’s high-tech world what we all seek is someone who will give honest personal advice & get your house onto Rightmove, Zoopla & On The Market, when you agree, 7 days a week. Then you want that agent to be with you all the way, on the whole journey. Having met both professionally and socially many agents, the only one in the Bradley Stoke, Thornbury and Bristol area who could and actually does this, in my opinion is Rachel Gardener from EXP. https://rachelgardiner.exp.uk.com From personal experience, what made Rachel stand out from the rest was that she was actually there all the way. Not only from securing the highest price but right through to completion and at the pace I set. Unlike many traditional agents who once you have signed on their dotted line, you only ever speak to their backroom staff, when I appointed Rachel, even though she has a support team, I only ever communicated with her. My choice of communication whether be by Phone, e-Mail, WhatsApp or Text, Rachel always delivered, always within a couple of hours, often within minutes! Excuses like ‘oh it’s with their solicitor’ or ‘I will leave a message’ never caused barriers for Rachel who would always find an answer and help to progress the many stages of property conveyancing journey. Rachel was with us through the highs and lows of our latest property sale and always kept an honest, professional and yet personal support arm for us. So, if you were like me and had 35 years of viewing Estate Agents like a Car salesman, only telling you what they think you want to hear, change that like I did and appoint a Hybrid Estate Agent. I did much research and everywhere I looked, Rachel of Rachel Gardener Estate Agents shone out above the rest.
